Stayed Jan 15, 2026The location and the house was very beautiful. A lot of high-end(a little older, but well cared for) furnishings. Pool was well maintained. The house was huge and beautiful. Lots of room for many guests. Three masters in this house. The host was very responsive to every recall we put out to her.Some things that may use a little touchup, there is a few furnishing that were broken like a chair to the poker table upstairs(it was just me and my wife and grandkids so there was no poker being played) a little dust in the higher to reach places. The hot water and some of the bathrooms was quite delayed. before warming up.None of this affected the quality of our stay. overall, a great house and great experience.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Beautiful house and very clean. Lots of great spaces in the house. Problem is that the Owner/Property Manager was not terribly communicative. Perhaps this owner is new to VRBO so isn't familiar with a lot of the customs such as providing substantive email communication on inquiries, a rental contract, and a property book in the house ( explaining how trash pick up works, tvs, what to do on checkout, etc.). Locks also didn't work when I arrived even though I was not early. House is great; if Owner takes more care with communicating with guests the property could be great.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025First the property was beautiful. For the most part it was very clean but the outside balcony in the master bedroom needed cleaning. Other than that the house was amazing i wont take that away from them. My major concern was the misleading of the waterpark. It advertised that as a pool making it seemed it was a part of the home. It never said we had to tell them in advance. So when we tried to go to the water park we needed bands. To make a long story short i was unable to enjoy the amenities that was advertised. I was willing to pay but the waterpark comes as a club membership. The reason i chose the home was because of the Waterpark and other amentities. I didn't expect to be limited to a very small pool in the home. I reach out to the host they would never answer just text. Stating it would be monday before they could help which was my check out day. It was so disappointing and unprofessional. Im writing vrbo for a partial refund because of the false advertisement. It spoiled the stay for the children after showing them all week the water park that we was suppose to enjoy. My advise is to communicate your access to these amenities because in this case i felt the pictures were used as a drawi g mechanism and that's not ethical. Im pretty fair and im not taking anything away from the home it is nice.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We are a multi-generational family of 14 teens, young adults, and parents. This house had something for everyone! The pool, the hot tub, the game room, the pool tables, the bunk rooms. It was great! My only feedback to be aware of is that while there are 3 master suites, the third one is on the 3rd floor and there is no door separating it from the second floor hang out space - meaning it is hard to keep it temperature controlled and if anyone is on the 2nd floor hang out space (with pool table, fusbafl, and TV), you will hear them.
