Retreat w/ Pool: 25 Mi to Disney

The house is a beautiful house. However, we encountered issues with the hot waters in the showers as there was hot water for the first 3 days in the showers, and then it was only cold water. We also had another issue with the trash not being picked up at all during our stay and we made sure to put the trash on the curb next to our neighbors, yet our trash was never picked up, and we had to load up our car ourselves to take the trash to the dumpster in the neighborhood. When we arrived, we saw the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the carpets in the room were not properly cleaned as we found rubbish from (we are assuming) the previous guests still on the floors in the rooms and under the beds. For the rest, the house was lovely and comfortable. Here and there the communication with the host was easy then at other times I would not get a response on certain things. I would stay here again, but would love these bugs to be fixed.

The home is well kept. Lots of space inside the home. We liked the area and the pool at the clubhouse. We would recommend this property

Perfect location, so close to Disney and Walmart/ restaurants and more. We really enjoyed our stay here it was comfortable, clean so close to Disney with all amenities needed. The community was lovely and safe and we would love to stay here again.

Very quiet area which was nice. Plenty of towels, utensils and bedding. Very clean and comfortable. Pool had a lot of toys for kids. Plenty of sleeping space which was great. Close to all attractions. Enjoyed staying there and because pool was so convenient never used rest of amenities. Was not aware I had to pay for resort amenities whether we used or not. We never used amenities.

We all enjoyed staying here cozy and relaxing environment home was clean and spacious We had a few issues with no hot water the first day we arrived but was handled and fixed the next day also seen a few roaches in kitchen area but Florida is know for that. Manger and Host responded very fast and were very helpful overall we enjoyed staying here.

Overall, this is a nice property in a pleasing gated community.

Overall everything was clean, the ceiling fans need dusting and a label saying coffee filters are in the pantry. I think every previous guest bought them since they were not on the counter (we should have looked there). Reaching out to Evolve properties is pointless just reach out to the owner, they were fabulous especially since we left an over priced hair dryer in there and were able to pop back in to grab it after check out. Close to disney and easy for ubers/lyft to get in and out of. Close to

The house is beautiful! We were in Orlando to visit The Mouse, and the location was perfect. Just as the listing says, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the parks but the house is close to 192 so it’s an easy drive. It was a nice place to come back to after a long day in the parks. I would certainly stay here again.
