Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room Near Lake Texoma

Perfect for our needs!

Overall good stay. Some things that could make it great are simple things like two working pool sticks, one had a broken tip, add chalk and add a puck for the air hockey table. I couldn’t find one anywhere. Otherwise everything was in order

I love the nature around the home but the hot tub needed to cleaned and the patio had a few to many spider webs

I had to do some sweeping when I got there. The steps to the firepit were covered and an accident waiting to happen. I swept them so you could see the steps. There were dead bugs in the house (its the woods). Lots of cobwebs and bugs in them in the game room by the door. You can tell it hadn't been swept in a while. The pool sticks were bad and there was no chalk. Lots of fun games and puzzles as well as kids toys. Overall it was good, and relaxing. Lots of beds in the rooms.

2nd stay here, we will be looking for the next time soon. House is very homey and just a relaxed vibe. Game room is just fun, with new games added since our last stay.

We had a great time! The game room was amazing for the kids after being in the heat all day!

Property is perfect! Four cousins got together for a long weekend. Lots of space to hang out or split up and have some privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and love the outdoor dining balcony and hot tub. Restaurants and grocery are very convenient. Great stay. Thank you!

Great place to stay

It was pretty cold outside so it was difficult to heat the bottom floor of the house, but we made it work and we all had a great time. We used all the great amenities offered. The hot tub and the game room were fun and we made great memories.

We had 6 adults and 2 children stay. It is big enough to play games at the table and all lounge around. It is not really one year old friendly with stairs, rock fire place, and ashes within reach all the time. The cooking utensils were a bit lacking to fix food for that many people- pots and pans. Overall it was a good stay. Sad we didn’t try the hot tub but I looked at it and it looked great.

House was perfect & very clean! Everything we needed was available. We will definitely be back!

My family just stayed at this property last weekend. We had a very small matter that occurred upon arrival, but the owners were quick to respond and went above and beyond for our family. Their customer service is second to none! The house was great and had everything you would want or need. I grilled out and we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. The game room was put to use almost non-stop the entire weekend. There are Roku tvs throughout the house which was very convenient. This is a very nice home and great location! We are looking forward to coming back, Thank you for such a great weekend!

I brought my family here for Thanksgiving week with the hopes of getting away from work, school, and all the typical holiday business and it was the perfect escape. The owner was incredibly responsive and we had no issues with our stay. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. I will say I was surprised by the number of stairs, as I have a bad knee but the rest of the family didn’t struggle so that’s just a me problem. The pics don’t quite make the stairs apparent. All in all, the area was a treat for our family. We enjoyed our time here.

Great place 4 girls and one day with a family dinner. There are a lot of stairs helps keep steps in while eating good with friend's.

The game room was great fun and the main house was comfortable

Game room was a bonus with older boys !! Games for the kids ! Plenty of room for family get togethers ! Great memories!

We loved our stay. The neighborhood feels remote and quiet even with properties around you. The property is very nice. The game room was a nice addition. We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out as a family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay what time we could be at the cabin. We were there for our daughter's wedding so we were gone most of the time getting wedding preparations done and sadly did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Property was clean and the host was great at communication. FYI need updated photos for sleeping arrangement because the bunk beds are no longer there. Just a warning, the driveway is kind of steep and narrow. We would stay there again if we were ever in the area.

Nice property, close to the Marina. Plenty of room. Only thing was the parking and all the stairs. Little rough on the senior lady Lol
