Welcome to Retreat on Preserve! Nestled within the tranquil Harbor Club Resort and Marina Community, this stunning newly constructed home offers the perfect blend of serenity and excitement. With its spacious layout, luxurious furnishings, and an abundance of amenities, it provides an ideal sanctuary after days filled with lakeside adventures, shopping, poolside lounging, or exploring nearby towns. Welcome to your escape from the ordinary!



Our expansive retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, ensuring everyone can indulge in the experience. From the array of entertainment options to the relaxing 7-person hot tub and the grand 85 screen TV, there's something to enchant every member of your group. Plus, with the beach just a 10-minute stroll away and the community pool a mere 2-minute walk, relaxation and recreation are always close at hand, aided by an owner-supplied wagon for easy transport.



Step inside to discover a seamless fusion of kitchen, dining, and living spaces designed for lively gatherings and cherished memories. The kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with seating, invites culinary adventures amidst an atmosphere of pure joy. Meanwhile, the living room, featuring a smart TV and an array of board games, promises endless entertainment for all ages. A beautiful main floor bedroom and lavishly appointed bathroom add to the allure of this retreat.



Ascending to the second floor reveals three elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious Master King Suite, a Queen Suite, and a charming Kids Suite with built-in bunk beds. Each sanctuary offers a haven for relaxation after a day of adventure. Two opulent bathrooms grace this floor, while a communal area with a TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa provides additional space for unwinding.



Venturing to the Lower Level reveals another beautifully appointed bedroom, a bathroom, and a family room designed for both fun and relaxation. Complete with a movie-night sectional, ping pong table, and an 85 screen TV, this space ensures endless amusement, rain or shine.



Step outside to the patio, where the grill sizzles and the hot tub beckons, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the outdoor Bluetooth speaker. With every corner offering an opportunity for merriment and camaraderie, Retreat on Preserve is sure to capture your heart and spirit.



The Harbor Club Community offers a peaceful residential neighborhood with ample open space, walkways, fishing ponds, fire pits, a private marina, clubhouse, and heated pool. Guests can rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and golf carts for added enjoyment during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Harbor Club community is tucked among 40 acres of preserved woodlands and wetlands and is just a few blocks to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Guests have full access to the Woodland Harbor Marina community clubhouse and seasonal heated pool where you can rent boats, kayaks, golf carts and canoes. Lush trails and walking paths surround the community including the Kal Haven Trail which also connects to the Van Buren Trail. Downtown is just a short golf-cart ride away and features fantastic dining, boutique shopping and entertainment options.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles



Pets: Pets are not allowed at this home



Beach Access: Newcome Street Beach access is only a short 10 minute walk away



Pool Access: Harbor Club now offers a four-seasons luxury pool and hot tub, located on the north end of the community; The original community pool is still an option as well, and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.



*Use of the pool is limited to registered guests of Blue Haven at Harbor Club, no additional guests or day visitors are permitted

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven.



We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
