The living spaces are designed for maximum relaxation and fun. Huge 12-seater dining table,
75-inch TV with PS4 and kids' games.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including double ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and anespresso machine, cooking equipment and utensils also provided. A large stone breakfast bar that seats 8 and a 12 seater dining table sees plenty of room for all guests to have a seat at meal time.

Bedding Configuration:

• Master bedroom: King bed with private ensuite
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite
• Bedrooms 3 & 4: Both with Queen bed and serviced by a central bathroom with a luxe
freestanding bath.

Outside, you'll find a fully fenced pool (not heated) and a play area with a basketball hoop - perfect for keeping everyone entertained.

The covered BBQ/alfresco is large and adjacent to the swimming pool, with BBQ and firepit for those lazy evenings in.
The separate outside laundry ( currently under renovations ) contains a washer and dryer for guests use.

The Swimming Pool is not Heated.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.


Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.


Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
