Restored 1920's Vintage Boathouse.

This is a beautiful and lovingly rendered restoration of an early 20 th century boathouse. The owners have converted it into a well appointed residence on the water. The house comes with a large dock and kayaks, SUPs and swimming ladder. You can also dock your own or a rental boat. It is a perfect location for exploring this part of Maine. We highly recommend this property!

The home was beautiful and had everything needed and more. The view was spectacular! Our favorite spot was sitting on the deck that overlooks the harbor. The location was great, especially since it was close to nearby shops and restaurants in town. My family and I truly had a relaxing getaway and would definitely like to come back again.

This is a five star vacation home! The owners greeted us and gave a tour of the property which is impeccable. It was like staying at a five star resort with the privacy of a single family home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home as there was something for everyone... fishing equipment, paddle boards, kayaks just to list a few. We are already planning our next stay!

We have been coming to Boothbay for the past 10 years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The location was absolutely perfect overlooking the heart of Boothbay Harbor. The owners greeted us and made us feel welcome and at home. The property is breathtaking and decorated right out of a magazine. We loved the history of this renovated boathouse that the owners had a love to restore. There is something for everyone here whether it is fishing off the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, or curling up with a book on the adirondacks. Plus, it was so wonderful waking up to the panoramic views of the harbor and the lobstermen at work. Just a short walk into town and you are in the heart of all the shops and restaurants of downtown. This is a true gem and we will never forget the memories we made here. We hope to rent this property again in the future. We highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed. You really cannot appreciate the house or the view until you witness it first hand. Everything is done top notch both inside and out.Very Private yet just a short walk or drive to the main town. The house has everything one would need and the area is very relaxing. Fishing, swimming and kayaking right off the dock. I can't think of one thing I would change. Boothbay itself is a quaint spot with great shopping and restaurants. We will return without a doubt in 2017.
