Diana and Clint are wonderful, accommodating hosts! Their home was well-furnished and perfectly suited to our family. Everything was as advertised, especially the beautiful pool and spa area! Location in Marbella Vineyards was perfect for access to greater Phoenix attractions as well as all of the suburban necessities for a family. Thanks for a great Christmas and New Year getaway!

This was a very nice property big beautiful house lots of room to just hang out close to many amenities. We visited in the most rainy November on record it was also unseasonal cool SO glad we opted to pay the extra for the spa and pool to be heated and really did spend most of the time in there. We seemed to have trouble with email, however our host was able to send all the info through chat quickly for us to have us happily in the pool with friends for the first evening. Definitely worth the stay will definitely be back if travelling in a large group again

Our family had an amazing trip and the highlight was at our home we stayed in5 stars all the way. This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice and comfortable as our first time Its like home away from home but with a really fun poolThanks to Diane and Clint for responding to our requests and taking such great care of us We will be back again soon

We were in town for our sons wedding and stayed at this amazing house! It was the perfect place for all 10 of us adults. Us adults enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer, the age range was 20-45 and the slide was a hit :) I messaged the host to see if she would be ok with us doing some wedding prep and having some family over to help and hang out, and she was super nice about it. The bedrooms are all perfect sizes, and the house was plenty big for all of us. When we come back to visit, we will definitely stay here again!

This property is all about the pool and hot tub. The pool with a small waterfall, lights, and slide was amazing! The hot tub, also, was very nice. Just beware, you will have to pay extra to heat it. Location is really good also, as there is multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, the house needed some maintenance, TLC, and awareness. This house was barely stocked with anything but toilet paper and hand soap. There was only 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms. Many lightbulbs were burned out in this house, 3 of which were in the downstairs bathroom and 2 ceiling lights were broken. The tile in the master bedroom could use a good scrubbing. Also, the outdoor grill was dirty from previous use when we arrived. We had to clean it before we could use it and couldn't find a grill brush anywhere. Large backyard and privacy here. The upstairs deck off of the master bedroom was really nice, just wish there would have been at least a chair or something to sit on, cause there was literally nothing there.

We rented for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and their two daughters ages 3 and 1 1/2. The pool with the slide was a huge hit with our three year-old granddaughter as well as us older kids. The check-in process was flawless and the communication with the hosts was great. Well appointed amenities and supplies. Grocery store is only 5 minutes away which is super convenient. Great walking area with several playgrounds nearby. Highly recommend!

Nice kitchen fully stocked

We chose this stay as a getaway from our cold and harsh Midwest winters, and we came home refreshed, recharged, and with some extra vitamin D! We traveled with our family of 4 and my sister’s family of 5, and this home fit all 9 of us perfectly! The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool, slide, waterfall, and spa! We also loved enjoying the great lounging furniture to soak up some sun while drying off from the pool or watching the kids swim. Our kids had a great time learning to play ping pong and pool during breaks from swimming in the sun. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, and there is a playground and large green space just one house down. Clint and Diana were the best hosts- so accommodating and responsive! They really cared about our comfort and enjoyment! I can’t recommend this stay enough! We’ll definitely be back!

The domicile was very comfortable for four adult men. The hot tub was a nice feature and worked well.

Two couples had plenty of room and plenty of fun at this get-away home!!! We worked with the owners to insure the pool and hot tub would be ready (warm enough) for January weather! There was a 40 per day price to that, but well worth it - the pool and spa are amazing! Inside was clean and spacious for the 4 of us - complete with a pool table/ping pong table! Communication was AMAZING and the pictures ARE what you get! We’d come back again - no questions asked!

The house and neighborhood were great and the property had easy access to the loop. The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the outdoor fire pit. A great place to spend time.

Our group of 8, 4 siblings and their spouses enjoyed this place immensely. Beautiful backyard and we were lucky enough to have warm weather in November! We were outside all day, every day! Inside the home worked well, from the generous sized kitchen to the TV area to the pool table, we were always together but never in anyone's way. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful home plenty of room. My grandkids loved having their own rooms. They Love swimming in the pool only downside was the water wasn’t running, To the waterfall and slide, so it was hard for them to slide down the slide so we bought them some water guns to spray the slide, which made it easier for them to slide down they had fun with that. also, the alarm went off the first night one we were sleeping we still don’t know why none of us are smokers or vape. Beautiful home thank you for letting us stay there. We appreciate you.

To say that this home is outstanding is an understatement. My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property. The pool was one of the best features of the home and the kids loved the waterslide. The adults loved the spa. The hosts were very nice and true super hosts. We will definitely be back.
