Resort-style living in Gilbert- heated pool/firepit/billiards & game room, 4bdrm

The house was beyond our expectations! It was beautifully furnished and very clean! It was fully stocked with any amenities you will need! The backyard was relaxing and the heated pool was wonderful! The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again when we come back in town!

This house was great for our family. It was nice, spacious and very clean. Jennifer was super responsive to the few questions that I had. The kitchen had lots of stuff for us to use to cook and not have to buy all of the little things. Everything about the house really suited our family including the bedrooms, backyard and the heated pool.My wife even took pictures of the kitchen because she loved the design so much. We will definitely check this house out the next time we come to visit family. Thanks for the stay.

Everything we needed at our fingertips in a well marked and fully functional stocked kitchen. Beautiful home, gorgeous yard and friendly owner who quickly answered all texts. I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone!

The home was wonderful! The host gave us good instructions upon arriving. The house was welcoming and had great amenities. We really enjoyed our visit and I will certainly choose this home if we return to Arizona.

This is a beautiful house that was perfect spot for our family vacation. The house was clean, fully stocked and spacious with lots of activities. It’s located in a gated community that’s very friendly and safe. Our kids especially loved the private pool, including all the night swims. The hosts were very accommodating on any request.

What a wonderful home and host. The backyard was a great place to gather. It provided space to play card games, enjoy the pool or play yard games. It even had little neches if someone wanted to sneak away for some quiet time or read a book. Our days ended with time around the fire pit.Inside the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Dining areas were located inside and out. The billiards room provided a place to play when the temperatures outside soared. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay at the Birdsnest.

Excellect place to relax and unwind. We visited with our family and had alot of fun. The property is well maintained and stocked for everything we needed. Communication was excellent as well. All questions were answered promptly. We are looking forward to booking this house again.

Nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in! The place was super clean, updated (and well-decorated), and kitchen and towels were fully stocked. I could not believe it was just as nice as the pictures made it look. Even though the inside was immaculate, the outside area is what sold it. The pool and outdoor areas were truly resort-style. Was in a safe and gated neighborhood close to so many shops and restaurants. Owner was super accommodating of our early arrival. 10/10 recommend this gem!

The place was everything it said it was and more. The home was very inviting, clean, love the kitchen and good directions on the TV. Everyone had a great time. The pool area was beautiful as well as the BBQ area. Would definitely stay here again with family.

We went to visit my oldest son in Arizona for Christmas. We had seven family members ready and anxious to see my son and his girlfriend. We made it a true Christmas vacation! We flew in on Allegiant and went directly to what would be our home for the week. It was a beautiful home! We were all amazed once we opened the front door and toured the home and outdoor living space. It was wonderful! It had everything we could possibly want. We created so many beautiful memories during our stay. The entire family even petitioned us to buy the home so we could make it our home in the desert! Our host was just as incredible to work with. She made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to help make our stay the best family vacation yet.

This was such a beautiful house. It is everything the photos make it out to be. Any time I needed information, Jennifer answered either right away or within a couple of hours. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. We paid to heat the pool and it was so worth it. My kids swam in the pool almost every day and it was nice to have a shed full of pool toys and floaties for them to play with. If we come back for a visit, we will definitely try and rent this place again.

This is a wonderful home - exactly (or even better) than the pictures. We love to cook - the kitchen is incredibly well appointed, with sharp knives and plenty of pots as well as containers for leftovers, kitchen tools, foil, etc., spices, olive oil, and really just everything we needed. We really judge rental homes based on sharp knives and a clean grille (we’ve been burned on both accounts) and this home was exemplary in both areas! It’s clear the owners pay attention to details. The bedrooms are perfect - the sheets are amazing, and the beds are extremely comfortable! We had 5 adults staying there, and it was spacious. The back yard is gorgeous - our grandkids loved the pool. The owners were extremely responsive and even ordered an ironing board on Amazon to arrive shortly after our arrival. It is central to everything - grocery stores, big bulk stores, shopping areas, restaurants - whatever you want and need. The gated community made us feel very safe, and there are parks very close by. We would stay here again without hesitation!
