Resort Style home with heated pool - sleeps 8 - Great for families!

It was great!

Good communication, house is as advertised, though a bit worn in places. Clean. Issues with master bath sink faucet, guest bath shower drainage and wifi. It showed full bars but would block certain sites from access (zoom for example) and run very slow. Owner is resolving.Pool was lovely, heated!

Stayed here previously and loved staying the first time and this time. Great property. Easy access to so many things.

Very nice place to stay

We were here for a family funeral. I was traveling with my 96 year old mother & a cousin. The house was very comfortable, clean & had all we needed except groceries. We had difficulty with the front door lock but eventually got in. The pool was dirty with leaves from a recent storm but it was clean by the next day. We really enjoyed the pool!

Overall the property was great. Big enough to allow for wheelchair in main areas. Clean and cute. Pool was great for the kids.We did find scorpions in one bedroom and ants in the master bathroom. But its Arizona.

Property was accurately portrayed on website. Owner/manager was quick to respond for needs, including intermittent WIFI interruption. House was a super place for us and our two grandkids.

Little quirky things about the house - some electrical outlets worked some did not, other outlets the top or bottom worked but not both. We had issues with the wireless internet - staying connected. Outside furniture by pool worn and in need of replacing - one chair broke while simply sitting in it, fell backwards and hit head on propane tank for the BBQ grill. The house was smaller than anticipated but it was clean, sufficient for our needs, and in a good neighbor.

My husband and I stayed April 2025. Pool was heated, and house was very clean! (Kudos to the cleaning crew). Updated home in an established residential neighborhood- neighbors were quite. Furniture is simple. Beds were comfy. We were able to park our rental car in the garage. Close to amenities in Mesa / Val Vista area. Easy communication with host & easy check in. This was our 2nd time staying there and we would stay there again! Very satisfied.

Excellent place to stay! Close to everything we wanted to do. House was perfect for the 4 adults and two children. Heated pool was great! Our grandchildren turned into fish! They supplied items that were very much appreciated like beach towels, lounge chairs, detergent for washer, games, BBQ gas grill. We are definitely booking here again!

Great! Clean, pantry was stocked with various items w/water in the fridge,lots of room.Pool was awesome. I would stay here again.

We chose this property for several reasons. Our oldest son was getting married nearby and the house was able to accommodate the family; My husband and myself, my son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandkids. The location was very convenient 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to be and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Loved this house and the layout. We enjoyed our time as a family. The pool wasnt heated like we thought (was a just a cover that didn't really help warm) but it is January. The bedrooms and layout were just what we needed and we enjoyed our time! The backyard size was great and the playground right out the backyard was nice

We really enjoyed the location of the house and the size. It was nice that there were several parks right outside the back gate. However, the pool was not heated during our stay even though it was listed that it would be. It didn’t get to an appropriate temperature until day 4 of our 5 day trip. I reached out to let the host know that the temperature reader said 57 and never heard anything back. Was also told that someone would be sent out to check the pool temperature when I first said it wasn’t right but no one ever came. That was the only issue we had with our stay.

Great place. Close to attractions. Had everything we need for our family. Nice and clean.

The house was super clean and was equipped with everything we needed. One of the remotes needed new batteries, and my husband found extra in the pantry. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. And perfect for taking your pup for a walk with a park behind the house, or an evening stoll after dinner. Location was a short distance to stores and downtown restaurants

We had a great stay at the home - perfect location for us to drive to downtown Gilbert and any other place we wanted to go. Quiet and clean. Would stay again!

Very excited to see how nice this property is. Spotless and very well maintained. The kids loved the pool. The location was perfect for shopping and eating out.

This property had all we needed for our weekend visit - the pool was perfect and shuffleboard was a fun bonus! Plenty of room for everyone and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and allowing us to park in the garage was much appreciated! Highly recommend this rental!

My husband and I, along with our two small dogs, stayed at this wonderful house. We were visiting our son, who lives in Gilbert. We loved hanging out in the pool. Also downtown Gilbert has some wonderful restaurants to check out!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks ?

Very clean

About 15-25 minutes to wherever we needed to go for a family wedding. Kids really enjoyed the pool and their rooms. Also visited Superstition Mountain and guys went to a Diamonfback’s game. Only drawback was a lot of on-street parking. Glad we could park in the garage!

Great home! We would stay here again.
