Resort style home w/ HEATED pool and spa

Everything was expected, clean, fresh towels, sheets, etc. I will be returning.

Clean location and good things to do

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very kind and helpful.

Great house with lots of space for everyone to relax. We used the grill and pool which was very accommodating. Easy access to local grocery and neighborhood was clean. Host was able to respond asap to all questions. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

Property was as advertised and great communication with the host when we had a question. Would stay here again!

This property was beautiful with everything right at your fingertips. Owner was very nice, was missing iron took time out of his day to bring one! If u come back to Vegas this is definitely the house to book!!!

the house is very clean and it's great for families with teens, it has Atari games and a pool for the kids to enjoy.

Great place to stay away from the chaos. Comfy beds. Clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed after a long day at a busy conference at Cesar’s Palace

4.5 rating would be more like it. This place was nice with a great pool for families. Owner was very quick to respond! They brought us floaties which were in the advertising photo. The kitchen was stocked well with sharp knives and pans, as we cooked in the entire stay. Stair treads need maintenance, as several were split. Missing moulding around kitchen cabinets was simply cosmetic, yet the home was comfortable and clean overall. LOTS of room - large Master suite. Very nice quiet neighborhood and A/C.

Host is very attentive. Was available and responded immediately when a few things came up. Felt safe in neighborhood. Pool and spa were well maintained. Overall a great experience.

Property was in good shape and everything that my family needed. The home had plenty of room. It was clean, nice decor and a lovely pool. As we were not interested in the LV strip nor the locations of Memorial day events, I can't speak to the close proximity to popular things. I can say that the essential needs (grocery store restaurant and Gas)were close by. Owner provided sunblock, sufficient cleaning products and soap. Suggested updates; since there are no towel racks in the bathrooms, they may want to add a paper towel holder to dry hands, air freshners or plug-ins. More bathroom towels, all sizes especially wash cloths are needed. Air-conditioning was sketchy downstairs but upstairs worked just fine. The house rules before booking doesn't quite match the rules received after booking. I suggest for the owner to update the home rules in the property profile and information so that everything is transparent and clear when shopping for a rental. For example, home entry code was not the last 4 of my cell as originally stated and visitor rules and additional fee requirements were different after booking. If you have any intentions of doing a secret party or event, this is not the house for you! There is a extremely bright light with a recording camera to greet you at arrival. The owner also interviewed me 24hrs in advance to make sure of my intentions for his home. Utimately the home is being updated nicely. I am certain that it will be in prestine shape once finished
