Resort setting in Chandler Home with Free Heated Pool /Spa /Game Room /Mini Golf

This location has a lot to offer, we enjoyed our stay - the pool area has a lot of great qualities. Our hosts were great at responding to any of our needs. I rented this location for the outdoor space with the heated pool as we were from Wisconsin and looking for the sun and warmth during our winter months. I would have liked to see that the pool area was organized and clean of leaves & needles when we arrived, as from that point it would have been our responsibility to keep it clean. However, the pool area had over a 55 gallon garbage can of leaves & needles that we cleaned up in order to use this space as we wanted. Additionally there are many items that are in need of repair or tossing in the pool area - the pool deck needs repair as the cement is chipping. If renting this location the pool should have a railing for entry. The game room was not very clean and had a lot of clutter items in it. It would also have been to have an instruction book on what items you wanted renters to do and how to operate all the electronics that are through-out the house. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

I rented the house for a winter sun break and my son’s family came from Portland OR, and my daughter’s family came from Bloomington, IN. The break from the cold weather was perfect. We used the pool with my 10 month and 4 year old granddaughters. We were able to cook some nice family meals.The hot tub worked great and the adults enjoyed a good massaging soak.The location wasn’t too far from the airport and we also went to the desert botanical gardens and hiking.The host was good at communicating the arrival and departure details.

The host was really great. We had some trouble with the wifi, the lock and the hot tub, but the host was very helpful.
