This home is sure to give you the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Only a short drive from the beach access, this home is also near Deer Lake State Park which boasts a boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where visitors can picnic, swim and fish. It also offers a spectacular view of the dune ecosystem, one of 11 natural communities found in the park! While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses.

“The Big Chill” is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
Great location, loved the bikes. So nice to have the Big Chill right across the street. Pool is heated and grills worked well (house had grill tools!) . Wonderful washer and dryer.
me and my family had a horrible day on the first day of our vacation with this property tired us off the unit we had rent in Miramar and they sent us to Santa Rosa beach 45 minutes from where we were rented the worst was that they told us 2 hours before check in and left us without having a place to sleep that night and the worst thing they still wanted me to rent them for much more money at night this company is liars
Definitely would not stay at this unit again. Was not very comfortable in many ways, a lot of broken appliances, amenities lacking.
I always stay at Prominence when visiting 30A. One of the bathroom doors were stuck on our first day of stay, and I called the office, the maintenance crew came within 30 minutes to solve the problem. Nice community across the street from the Hub, easy for a quick bite or some shopping
We had a group of 6, plenty of space and beds for everyone. Clean and updated. We love the pool! Beach access is not ideal but not a problem for us. We ended up using the public beach access in Inlet Beach with parking and bathrooms. Will definitely rent this property again.
The home and area is not and a easy walk to the hub which was nice. The downfall was the ocean is not close at all. It’s a drive and then the access are not family friendly as well. The post made this seem close but it is not at all. The house was clean however the main level floor is tile and Eveb after they sent someone back to clean it since our feet were black after we arrived and unpacked it was the same way a day later and we were not high traffic. The upstairs floor was fine I think the tile just holds dirt. The beds were okay but after a couple days we were all pretty sore and over them. There is not really a good place to sit outside which was hard we had to let our toddler play in the garage while we waited on dinner etc. the rooms are all right beside each other and you could hear every little sound which was tough with kids. Absolutely no beach access. A shuttle taking you several miles with no room for beach equipment. Pool was limited to 60 people at 11/2 hour intervals. We got thrown out by the property management at 7:30pm for insulting the pool monitor with no notice and nowhere to go after a full day of driving to and from the beach. Worst vacation experience ever.

The kids loved riding their bikes around and we thoroughly enjoyed the active community and especially the Hub! The Hime was clean and beautiful!!
