Stayed Jul 5, 2021This is not my first home to rent, but definitely, the best thus far, period. This house has all the things you would need to have in your own home. With the lot size, location, and the surrounding vegetation, you have an awesome privacy all around. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and very easy to work with. My wife and I spent the month of July there. The kitchen is full with all the details you would need in your own kitchen. The same for the baths and all other rooms. The swimming pool is big and very nice to use, relax, or exercise. It is about 5 minutes from a grocery store and a very short distance from many restaurants. A couple of things were not as perfect: Both ACs were a bit loud, especially the one next to the master bedroom. Also, although the owners have people come clean the swimming pool once a week, the pool wouldn't stay very clean more than 24 hours - maybe because of the unusual monsoon season we had. Many leaves, flowers, and bugs end up in the water. I've rented a different house before with a screened swimming pool and didn't have such problem. We would definitely recommend it and would consider it again.

Stayed Oct 15, 2020The home is accurately described, and was just what we needed. Roomy enough when we had family visitors for a few days, but comfortable for the two of us as well. We can’t say enough about the outside area, even more so since, with Covid, we were spending a lot of time at home. We were there in the fall, and having the pool heated was great. Susan was responsive and very easy to work with.
