Resort Access & Private Pool | Disney Dream Home – Under the Sea by AvantStay

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was spacious, roomy, and cozy. Our family of 12 had a great time and will plan to return in the future. Our kids had a blast in the resort pool with water slide, lazy river, and lots of room to swim. Our house pool was also lots and lots of fun too. You can cook your own meals if you want with an excellent kitchen ( could use better utensils ). Game room was a big hit with family friendly competition. We had a great time and was exactly what we wanted with our kids, and grandkids - EVERYONE had Fun ! Parking is a challenge around the pool and by our condo but it always worked out. A pool guard would also be nice and reassuring to families. Our kids can all swim but there was some teenage rough housing that went unattended to. Didn't damper our time just not the right activities with small kids and older folks. We will return again !Bloomington, IN

We had a great time. A few little items needed to be addressed when we checked in but the Overthemoon staff was quick to respond and very helpful. We were about 20-30 minutes from Disney parks with access to sunny and grocery stores very close. The community pool was amazing it was a small extra few but so well worth it!

The place was great, the only issue was parking. Who has a 6 bedroom house with a 1 car driveway? After almost getting towed for parking in front of the house, we had to park 4 streets away with the closest available spot. Everything else was immaculate. Would love to rent from this company again.

The property managers were very accommodating and helpful! We didn’t experience any issues. The house worked well for our trip!

House is plenty large for a big family vacation! Everything was comfortable and very clean. The game room was a nice attraction for all. Walking distance to the club house was very convenient. Great stay!

We had a family of six for the high school cheerleading competition the whole process from the online reservation, to the check in, to the no chore check out was excellent.

Overall we had a fantastic stay in this house. The decorations and design is impressive, we had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but the property Manger was there to help. Unfortunately the games don't work, they are playable, but the scoring doesn't keep track of anything. With the ability to sleep as many people as this house does, having a larger, or even second refrigerator makes so much sense. We had a great time at the resort area as well, however the pool ended up being closed for maintenance for two of the days of our stay. Even with that said, we would totally stay here again.

This place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. We had a great time staying here with family. My favorite part was having the pool in the back. It made for a wonderful vacation. One of the best memories is everyone running around and finding their rooms when we first arrived and being super excited at the space we had. The resort was full of kind and helpful staff as well. We made some fantastic memories in this great house.

To say this house is spectacular would be an understatement. The place is just perfect for any vacationer. Huge, beautiful decor, kitchen had everything we need including the waffle iron we forgot to bring. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated to a perfect temp. The facilities at the clubhouse were so fun. I was travelling with 3 early teens, a 6yr old, my furbaby and some friends and not one of us wanted to leave. The cherry on top was Robert, our local host who was beyond accommodating and super friendly and fun to work with. A minor issue occurred, not even worth mentioning the issue but I only bring it up so I can brag on Robert who sent us a box of Crumbl cookies which was so delicious and way more than made up for the minor issue. Overall I would give this place 20 stars and we are already planning our return. Final note... we have booked many VRBOs in the past but none have come close to the service we received from Overmoon. I am definitely going out of my way to try and stay at their facilities any time we travel from now on. You need to book this place, you will not be disappointed!!

This house is better than pictured! They’ve thought of everything. Literally. They had step stools for the kids to reach the bathroom sinks, dog bowls, box fans, fully stocked kitchen, bbq utensils! All the things you don’t find in typical rentals. They have thoroughly thought of all the necessities/comforts of home. We were a three minute walk to the resort pool/slide and lazy river. Overmoon provided customer service like I have never experienced through VRBO. We were welcomed with some goodies and our local host, Robert, was amazing at communicating and responding when we reached out. We had two families ranging in age from 6-70 and everyone had the best few days. The kids rooms are decorated amazingly! My daughter loved the slide in the pirate room and the princesses on the wall and chandelier in the other room. Would stay at any Overmoon property based on this experience. Thank you!!!
