Rest Haus | In Town | Hot Tub

Great location easy to walk to Main St! We had a few issues and they were corrected immediately.

We loved the property! Just so you know, the ceiling fan in the back room with 2 queens didn't work. And the one in the King made noise intermittently. We bought ice and toilet paper because there wasn't enough. Also, the trees coming in to the driveway need trimming. Scratched my car so I parked on the street and unfortunately was hit in the night.

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the house is excellent. It would be helpful to have access to laundry facilities. Also, the bushes on the right side of the driveway need to be trimmed back. They hang over into the driveway. Overall, it is well located, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and suited our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was even more adorable in person… very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed.

They almost got it right but…one key for 7 adults is ridiculous. Go to a code lock. The coffee maker didn’t work. No laundry facilities available. The kitchen is poorly designed and difficult to locate basic items.

Loved the house and location. We rented this property with the assumption that we would be able to spend our evenings relaxing and enjoying the hot tub. That was not the case. The first night it didn’t work and they said they would send someone over the following day to get . But it still didn’t work last night. We would have stayed at another property without a hot tub if we would have know that we weren’t going to be able to use it. We are hoping to receive some type of concession for this inconvince. We enjoyed the nice spacious and well-equipped house. We were travelling with 3 separate couples and each one of us had own bedroom. The kitchen was especially nice although we only used it for coffee.

Loved the location with easy access to downtown. Close to great restaurants. Overall the house could use a few updates but ultimately nothing to complain about! The warnings for not just quiet hours outside, but saying to go inside after 10pm were a bit much. But i guess i can understand the need.

We have been to Fredericksburg often, but this was our first stay at a VRBO and are happy with our choice to house all our family in one place. The house was supplied even better than we expected--lots of towels and coffee. Most cooking utensils were provided. The property is on a quiet street, and some in our group enjoyed the hot tub in addition to the other attractions in Fredericksburg.

This is a wonderful cottage which was just perfect for our girls getaway! We were a group of four, and the accommodations were just as described. Clean and located in a quiet area, it was a wonderful place to rest after our shopping and wine adventures.

We loved our stay at Rest Haus. The house was beautiful with lots of space for our family and it was very very well presented and stocked. Immaculately clean. My only critique would be hooks in the master bath en suite would be great to hang towels.

Rest Haus is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. They provided everything we needed for our stay and came right away when we had a problem with one of the toilets. It's in a quiet neighborhood near main street and I would recommend Rest Haus.

The house was charming. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed but overall and very nice place to stay. Very close to Main street, shops, restaurants and much more. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing! Thank you

We were able to comfortably fit 8 people and had such a nice time staying here! It’s super close to everything downtown and only a short drive to all the wineries. There were quite a few bugs that kept managing to get inside, but it’s summer in Texas and that’s not that outlandish. Overall really great time!

We stayed in Absolute Charm to have a quiet, relaxed, kid free weekend. Close to Main Street with lots of food and shopping. We enjoyed our time at the house and away.

The fan in the back bedroom didn't work when you turned on the switch and one of the windows in the same room didn't lock. The master bedroom got very hot , and of course the stove didn't work without lighting it yourself. The house was a little dirty (the chairs in kitchen had bad stains etc) plus just small cleaning details around the house. Other than that it was a wonderful and cute home and we all enjoyed our stay at rest haus! Hopefully I will be back again!

Clean, well appointed and convenient to town. Only complaint is the confusing controls on the shower assembly…maybe need a checklist for this.
