Stayed Dec 20, 2024The unit is nice- remember that this is NOT Key West. Par 3 / 9 hole across the street, easy walk to the beach/park. The maintenance guy said updates are better than most of the units in Marathon (Key Colony) and Vacasa was easily for issues like broken blinds and ACAissues.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the easy access to so many amenities with where this home is located. This home is comfortable and equipped with anything you may need. The lanai that overlooks the canal is great for relaxing after a day filled with adventure and exploring the surrounding areas! Will definitely book here again in the future!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 31 7th St. We rented a boat and were able to utilize the dock. It was also nice to have the extra life jackets available. We would definitely come back.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024We enjoyed our stay here so much. The cottage was so clean and very cute decor. The neighborhood was so nice and we enjoyed the use of the Cabana Club just a short walk away to the beach. Highly recommend!
