Renovated, Spotless, Pond Front w/ Kayaks ~ Minutes to Brewster & Dennis Beaches

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, the location was great. Sitting on the dock was good for the soul!

The house and property were exactly as pictured. The owner was an excellent communicator. The house was lovely and thoroughly equipped, but we spent almost all of our time on the deck, dock, or pond, rarely seeing any other people. It was convenient to all our favorite places and beaches in Dennis and Brewster. We would definitely stay again!

Sue and Tom were some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and the house was pretty perfect all around. The attention to detail in the house is amazing, as they’ve really thought of everything you would need for a great vacation. We loved the kayaks and the ping pong table and the kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful appliances and utensils. It was also very quiet and peaceful on the lake with a lovely deck overlooking it. Would happily stay again next summer!

Eight of us were down for the week - my sister and I along with our children and her grandchildren. The home is incredible. It is in pristine condition and I am quite envious of the home owners. The Captains chairs on the deck overlooking the pond were my favorite location for my morning coffee and listening to the birds. Everyone had fun taking out the kayaks and seeing some wildlife on the pond. We had a few fires in the fire pit along with some marshmallows. We had a fantastic time.

This was the perfect property for us- two families with young kids. Impeccable condition, well stocked kitchen, great deck overlooking beautiful pond where we swam and kayaked daily. Just a 7min drive to our fave bayside beaches. Fantastic communication from the hosts. Would give 6 stars if that were possible!

Better than the pictures! We had the best stay at Tom & Sue's place and would definitely come again. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality materials (from someone who loves to cook), the view of the water was so peaceful, anything you need was provided. The location was very central, we went all over the Cape during our week there. Not a single complaint and can't wait for our next one.

Perfection is the best way to describe this home. What makes this home special is the home owners attention to detail.It was spotless which we so appreciated which then set the tone for the week. Well appointed kitchen above and beyond! Our standing comment was, “ I found it, they have everything!” and the reply back was always “ of course they do!” Best showers & comfortable beds. The upstairs primary suite was perfect! This home as enough space to hang out in even on a rainy day. Well stocked with games, ping pong and excellent size tv’s. Location and access to beaches and restaurants are very convenient. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions. Just a great experience, owners had everything required for a lovely two week stay.

We’ve been renting on the Cape, usually in the Brewster area, since 2010. This home is our favorite by far. Close to both Brewster and Dennis beaches, but having the pond in the “backyard” was ideal. The house was spotless, beautifully renovated and decorated, and with everything you need plus things you didn’t realize you needed. The scene from the deck was just ideal, and the upstairs master suite was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Loved our week there!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sue's property! The house is amazing, exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect! Beautiful patio, deck, and views/access to the pond. We all enjoyed the kayaking so much! We hope to come back again in the future!
