Surrounded by gorgeous live oaks and lush island greenery, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home at 2995 Seabrook Island Road is ideal for your next island vacation. Centrally located on Seabrook Island, within easy biking distance of resort amenities and the beach, this home also sits along a scenic equestrian trail and allows renters to see horses walk by multiple times a day. The home was completely renovated in 2020, providing a comfortable & modern spot for you to enjoy all that the island has to offer.

The open-floor plan of the main living space and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. There is a gorgeous sun room with expansive windows that allows guests to take in the wooded views and helps to fill the home with natural light. It is a wonderful spot for playing board games or relaxing with a book. You'll also love relaxing on the comfortable sectional sofa in front of the large TV. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for eight as well as a few more bar stools at the kitchen counter. The newly upgraded kitchen has plenty of storage and prep space.

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor of the home. The primary suite (Bedroom #1) features a king bed, TV, private bath and access to the deck. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. Head up the stairs to find the third bedroom (Bedroom #3), which a spacious & unique bunk room with multiple bunk beds (totaling four twins and two full-size beds). This room is perfect for the kids!

For added convenience, the home offers complimentary WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer. And the owner does have a 6-seater golf cart for rent! We also allow you to bring one small dog for an added fee. Seabrook Island has a dog beach, making it a fun place for our furry friends to visit too!

One of the most special areas of the house is the expansive back deck with patio dining table and grill. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or evening meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean breezes and area wildlife. For those looking for a little more island adventure, you can enjoy island amenities like the local crabbing & kayak dock, fitness center, club pools, golf, tennis, and equestrian activities - all just a short stroll away. Don't forget to pop-over to the marina at Bohicket or the shops at Freshfields Village. And we highly recommend taking a drive over to Charleston to enjoy world-class restaurants and unforgettable historic tours.

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total.     Overall we had a lovely stay. Seabrook Island is a wonderful destination, and the house met our needs. There were a few small issues but we were able to get them resolved quickly. The house has some age, but it has been updated well. The ability to rent the golf cart was great, as the beach is a bit of a hike from the home - but that was well documented in the listing.

    We spent a week in Seabrook and fell in love with the area. It is relaxing, stunning and the best family destination we have found yet. Fully fully recommend!!! The actual house was really nice but had a couple issues. It has definitely been remodeled and had a great floor plan. We loved seeing the horses go through the back yard every day and the golf cart is a great add on! Down side. There was a window IN the shower of the master bath that over looked the neighbors front door. Felt very awkward to shower and watch people walk Around next door. The 2nd bath on the main floor had a window that stretched from the floor to waist height. Again, awkward. Especially when trying to use the toilet. Neither of these windows had any type of shade. There were also several odds and ends like broken towel rods that aren’t a big deal but worth noting. I would absolutely rent this house again, just would bring something to cover for the windows.
