Renovated home in Speedway minutes from Indy 500 and close to Downtown

Good host communication. House was comfortable and met our needs for the weekend.

House was convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. Host was very accommodating. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Kitchen:bathroom very well stocked. A few short blocks from Speedway

Central air is Incredible, quite town

The property had some nice features, like race-themed decor and a very comfortable bed, but unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. We found stains on the sheets, crumbs on the floor, and bugs throughout the space. My sister even ended up with a bug bite on her arm, which was really disappointing and concerning. With better cleaning and pest control, this place could be much better. I hope the host takes these issues seriously for future guests, there was already a case broke as well.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and an easy walk to IMS Speedway. Also walkable to bars and restaurants on Main Street.It's on old house that has been remodeled a while back in some interesting ways with some quirks. Our biggest challenge was three adults sharing one small bathroom for a week but we made it work.The host was easy to contact and provided alot of great recommendations on local points of interest.

Great host and a great house. A group of us were attending a weeklong conference at the convention center. Commute each day was great. The kitchen was adequately outfitted for cooking meals.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Convenient, very quiet neighborhood( non-race season). John is an excellent host!

Clean house with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Loved the racing decor and games in the basement. Will book again when we have folks in town and need more space!

We were comfortable, the location was in close proximity to our daughter. We would consider staying here again.

We drove from SC to Indianapolis for the Bands of America Nationals. This place was MUCH more affordable and hospitable than staying in a hotel room! I knew the house would sleep all 5 of us and only have 1 bathroom, but it ended up not being a problem at all! It also came with all the necessary amenities and facilities to cook and clean up after ourselves. Easy Peasy. The beds were so cozy, I contacted them to find out the brand and where they got them and they replied quickly. I've NEVER slept SO soundly the very first night in a new place. Though this WAS an older home, they've done great updates (even my teen remarked how he liked the updated decor and cleanliness) and we all felt safe - especially on a quiet street with 2 cop cars nearby who were evidently neighbors. Couldn't ask for a better space to stay for 3 nights at a great price for 5 people.

The property worked for our needs. It was comfortable and well appointed. It was close to the area we were visiting so it made transport easy to our locations. I would recommend this property.

I had to come in town For a work trip with some colleagues. The place was perfect, it was close to where we had to work and it had everything we needed! John was a perfect host staying in touch I would highly recommend this house if you ever have to come to Indy! And it’s very close to all the great places you want to see… Indy speedway, cool restaurants etc
