Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were nine of us able to spend the week at 14 Spotted Sandpiper and it was a fantastic location for our family. The house accommodated all of us very well. The outdoor area was super nice. The pool was large enough for our kids to swim and several of us to be in at one time. The outdoor spa was so nice. The layout of the home is spread out enough for everyone to have enough room. We had a minor issue with the TV in the living room going out early in our stay. The management team handled the situation immediately and had a brand new one installed within a day. I would highly recommend this home and rental company.

The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities we needed. Coastal Home & Villa was responsive and helpful to our every question, well above what was expected.

The property comes with a cart and the beach rental equipment associated with the rental company delivered before we arrived. The pool is perfect with lots of toys and an area in the shallow in where the lounge chairs fit in the pool, which was so relaxing and refreshing. The rooms are big and there are 2 refrigerators, with one located close to the pool, which was nice to store drinks. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need and the grill was great. It was so nice that we could bring our pup along too. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Great room/patio room/dining/kitchen area combined in excellent way to be together but with space. Lots of door options made it easy to come/go without interrupting others. Attractive hot tub of brick, not typical molded insert. Better for a group. Sky light in queen bed room useful for us but may not be for all (we are early risers). Thoughtfulness displayed in starter needs (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs). Shower curtain in middle bath could be a bit longer to prevent dripping. Outdoor shower by pool had warm water and hose for bike/feet rinsing - useful in October. A keeper. Thank you for hosting us.

Very close to the beach (right on the path and you can easily hear the waves even if you can’t see them.) House was very clean and well stocked with toiletries, and cleaning supplies for our stay. Rental company is one of the best we have used over the decades. Such an added bonus for us to be able to take the dogs with us. 😊

The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The layout is gives plenty of room for the six of us (and the second master off the kitchen gives grandma some space from the kids). We will book again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Weather wasn’t perfect but the location and layout of the house sure was. Loved HH. Quiet, bird watching. Not crowded. Home was lovely and comfortable.
