Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was perfect for my family! Great location to the town and the amenities. Washer and dryer and the kitchen was equipped for cooking meals! The property manager came by to check on everything. The owner was amazing in communicating with us upon arrival and after our stay. We will be going back to stay next year! Please book this home, just not on my dates!

Stayed Aug 21, 2025My husband and I stayed in this 3BR, so we knew that we'd have good space for us. The house exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable, fully stocked, good master and full bath. We walked to all our restaurant choices and was convenient to drive to fabulous CB hiking areas. Quiet despite being fairly close to the main road from Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Bob's home in Crested Butte! It was very comfortable, cozy, warm and had everything we needed for our trip. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, the grocery store and the bus stop to head up the mountain and ski. We will be back!

All questions were answered quickly and clearly. Check-in and check-out was easy. We would highly recommend a stay if you find yourself coming to Crested Butte!!

Stayed May 24, 2024Had a wonderful stay at 515 Sopris. Great location a block from town, offering exceptional views of the butte and surrounding mountains. Pictures don’t do the home justice. We were very impressed.
