Renovated 3 bedroom home with pool and boat lift

Good location - easily walkable to the beach.

The owners were very friendly and answered all questions in a very timely manner. The house was nicely designed and we enjoyed using the pool with the nice outdoor patio furniture. Some things to note: there were no extra paper products (half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom— this is not something we expect to be provided, but it’s important to note to include on your initial grocery list), one guest room has 2 separate tvs and neither worked. We were so tired from the day’s activities that it hardly mattered, but usually I need a tv to fall asleep. Also outside, the fish cleaning station had hookup for water but the water did not work. The boat lift also was missing the carpet type material on the lift so we were worried about putting a boat on there. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend if the fish cleaning station and boat lift are addressed or this is something that doesn’t affect your family/stay.

Had a great trip to Marco Island and spent 8 nights at this property. House was as advertised and pictured. It was four of us, plenty of room. Modern updates, nice pool and lanai with comfortable seating. Great dining table where we played cards, kitchen fully equipped with island, even kayaks on a trailer (hitch provided if needed). We took our wave runners, so we did not use the kayaks. We did use the bikes, as Marco Island is great for bike riding. (bike lanes on the streets, wide sidewalks, and flat). We appreciate that the owners allow dogs since we go nowhere without our caviler king charles. The host and owners were really responsive to any questions we had. If you haven't been to Marco Island, I would encourage you to visit. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and fun activities. We would absolutely consider staying at this home again. Again, want to say how accommodating the host and owner was. My wife and daughter had a late flight on the day we checked out. I asked if they could stay to late afternoon, not a problem.
