Renewed luxury property 20 min from Disney and major parks

The property and pictures are just as described. We were close to Disney, shopping and restaurants! The pool was amazing. We spent most of our time at the pool. The kitchen is great for a large family. The owners were great and easy to work with. The check in process was easy and will definitely stay here again. Thanks

This house is spacious and has many things to do. We enjoyed the cleanliness and pool! The road behind the property is very loud all hours, take your sound machine and you will be okay. Good communication and service by the property managers. There is cameras in use in front and for the pool.

The house was very spacious, entertaining, clean, no issues. One suggestion the game room needs an extra fan in summer time due to no cool air in the garage. We enjoyed everything about the house!!!

A day before my check-in day I get a message from host giving me directives for the home such as wifi, garbage, parking info and more. In that same message he tells me that the washer and dryer are not working but he had ordered replacements. At that moment I expressed to him how important it was for us to have a working washer and dryer as we had a lot of water activities and would need to wash and dry clothes often. He then told me the washer/dryer would be installed on Fri morning. Come Fri nothing was installed. I get another message from host telling me he’s not able to find a replacement for the items. At this point I’m beyond frustrated and annoyed as my entire group had been GREATLY inconvenienced. The dryer would only take 2 towels at a time and it took 1hr each time to dry 2 towels. This put us in a stressful situation as we had many towels and clothes to dry each day on top of our daily activities. We had to then make time each day and cut some activities short to accommodate time to dry our clothes. The host offered to turn on the spa for a day as if that would help us in any way. At check out he sent me a message stating he was willing to “maybe offer me $50” for the inconvenience. I saw this as an insult. We put in a lot of labor to keep our plans and vacation as enjoyable as possible and all he could say is he could “maybe offer me $50 for my laundry services”. How can $50 wash and dry clothes and linen for 11 people. Throughout my stay he made me feel that because the house is a nice home I shouldn’t complain about the HUGE inconvenience HIS rental property caused my family. This is by far the worst customer service ever. I suggest you look elsewhere for a better customer service rental. If you do stay at this property just pray you don’t have any issues. if you do, the host will make it seem as if you shouldn’t complain. Although host thinks I was trying to take advantage of the situation for asking for asking for $300 off(he didn’t give), this was not the only issue but we overlooked little things because we were not trying to take advantage of the situation. Other issues were the remotes not having covers and just a strap of tape behind to hold batteries, there were dirty dishes from previous guests, toaster didn’t work well, Pool furniture very old and dirty and wifi was super slow, sliding door to pool jammed, fridge containers broken. We will definitely NOT stay at this property again.

The moment we arrived to the home I had a good feeling. Easy and simple secured entry access. Very very spacious , comfortable and perfect size for a family of 12 . Our grandchildren and family loved every bit of it. We had enough cabinet space and counter space and the pool was perfect in which we all enjoyed . Enough bathroom space , the kids loved the garage with games and we even enjoyed a movie night all in the same space area. We loved everything about it. A lil uncomfortable with the back pool area not being fenced in and strangers walking right by our children as they played in the pool but over al it was spectacular and we give it a 10!! Ty so much
