Nice house accurately depicted by the pictures. Lovely outdoor space with pool. Definitely would stay again.

We still used the hot tub!Only thing we could not get to work was the fireplace. Great space, would stay again!

We had an amazing time celebrating my wife’s birthday. It exceeded our expectations. It was a peaceful stay. We enjoyed the amenities from the pool to the hot tub to playing bocce ball. Loved the layout of the property as well, from hanging outside on the deck bbq’ing to lounging inside. Highly recomed this property!

The inside has a big open floor plan with plenty of space to comfortably hang out and the outdoor pool/hot tub/deck is so awesome. The house location is also right in the mix of tons of vineyards and short drive to downtown. Great spot all around, would highly recommend.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are more than adequate. I would say that it fits 2-3 couples best if you want privacy (3 bathrooms, but only 2 with showers). Though 8 people could comfortably sleep (4 beds).

Everything was great lots to do with ample space , the only thing to be aware of is the road and construction noise around the area there other than that it was a great stay

The house was fully stocked with plates, appliances, serving platters, even kid friendly dishes for our little ones. The pool and outdoor was exquisite. We fully enjoyed spending all our time at the pool, on the loungers, at the basket ball/ pickle ball court. The living room gather area was perfect for our family to enjoy lounging indoors. All in all a great trip made even better with the attentive and responsive staff at Birdsong rental.

We arrived a bit early, and as directed by management went to drop items off at 1pm. The cleaners were just arriving and were not very kind. There is no place to drop anything except for the hot porch FYI. The cleaners told us to come back in 2.5 hours, even though check in was 2 hours away. The house is nice, but small inside. You should know the house is loved on inside and especially outside. The furniture outside was not very nice at all. The pool can NOT be heated, or at least they weren't interested in doing so, even for a fee. We were told, if we do heat the pool, it will mess with the propane in the house- or something to that affect. Getting a hold of the property managers is as difficult as everyone has written about here in reviews. The shower in the first bathroom is somehow broken. The kitchen is stocked ok at best. The outside tree lights did not work at all, nor did the pool lights. So that was dark at night. Almost pitch black. The house is NOT made for more than 6 couples. The pull out bed is IN the dining room- just an FYI. Bring ice- and ground coffee. The outside is cool, and that is where you will spend your time. Basketball court was fun.
