Beautiful home. It was a great home away from home. It did not disappoint.

Our favorite thing about the beach house was the comfortable beds and linens, exceptionally done. We also loved that most of the bedrooms had private balcony access. The kitchen was state of the art and had a double refrigerator and two dishwashers for large gatherings. It was spacious and lovely and we enjoyed family dinners with ample seating. The house was well stocked with all the necessities dishwasher pods, laundry soap, trash bags, coffee, tea, and sugar, and paper products. Some rentals give the bare minimums, and we usually run out or bring our own, although here they were generously provided. We also loved the private pool and the game room with the pool table. Access to local activities was very close and less than a five minute walk. Dairy Queen was down the street and perfect for after dinner walks and ice-cream. In the morning the coffee shop was a quick walk as well. For the closest beach access, I recommend an early start for parking and beach spot as the public access fills up quickly. Our favorite beach is Henderson State Beach, a quick 15 minute drive. They have restrooms, and outdoor showers to rinse off the sand and there is plenty of parking and spots on the beach. Parking is 6, but definitely worth it.

Beautiful property, we had a great time!

The space in this home is perfect! We had more than enough room and the living area and kitchen are very spacious. Loved all the patio spaces and the pool. A fun neighborhood with an easy walk to coffee/ice cream! The lack of a private access to the beach is the only thing we wish was easier. It’s a good walk to the public beach if you have lots of small children. We would definitely recommend this house in the future!

My crew of 10 had the most amazing time. The accommodations were perfect and the service was a 10. The location is perfect for families, friends, and any group. Look no further! We cant wait to come back next year.

We have stayed in many properties from Destin to Rosemary Beach and this was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. It's big enough that everyone gets their own space. The pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, and Roku TVs made for lots of activities for us all. Great place!

This beautiful property is located in a nice convenient location. Our family of 12 really enjoyed this super big comfortable home that has everything you need. I only wish bikes or a golf cart were available for use and entry to home was more simpler and effortless. This beautiful home makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a great experience, this is the home for you.

This was a very spacious house and about 6-7 min walk to the beach. Had to get access code from someone off the street to nearby beach. We came with 17 people (family and extended family) and wanted to have a good time. I contacted owner before choosing this house to ensure hot tub was included which he answered it was complementary for Sept with home. Got to The house and after two days of messaging and literally arguing with the manager and sending him photos of my text before renting this home confirming hot tub availability, they turn it on for our last 2 days for 6 hrs each day. We came for a good time and had music on by the pool. Got complaints from neighbor for music being too loud at 6-7 pm. So I guess we can’t have a good time on vacation. Left the house Thursday double checking things before I left. Got email today saying damage to fools ball table and water on TV. There were renters since that time because it was book back to back. Overall…this is a beautiful home that you can’t have during a vacation at. Wouldn’t recommend it. Get a place where you can enjoy a good time it you have a large Group.

We booked this property for a family reunion that consisted of four families with kids ranging from 2 to 12. This property far exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! We loved the large open floor plan and kitchen where the family enjoyed big family style dinners, and we loved all the different areas for gathering including large kitchen table, multiple outdoor dining areas, game room and large rooftop deck with fire pit for s’mores. The rooms were perfectly set up for families with young children. The Avant Stay team also far exceeded our expectations, helping us to book family excursions, bonfire nights and more! This was by far our favorite family vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

The property is so beautiful and modern. There is plenty of space for everyone. Each of the bedrooms connects to amazing bathrooms which was an added luxury. My all-women team felt extremely comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and bathroom accommodations. The beds including the bunkbeds we so luxuriouss. The bathrooms had travel size shampoo and conditioner that was a nice touch. The kithen was very open and well-stocked. Everything anyone needed to cook a meal was there bar set ups, spices, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, dishwashing soap and trashbags. The property was a very short walk to the most beautiful beaches and close to resturants, grocery store, liquor stores and shopping. Incredible location!!! It was so enjoyable I plan to return! Pool and hot tub were small but perfect for our group. Plenty of parking. Only disappointment was we did not spend more time on the roof top patio because it was awesome.
