WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 2.
- Cars may park in the garage.
- The BBQ Area outside the communal pool gate with two natural gas BBQ's set in a stone enclosure with granite countertops. There are picnic tables and adirondack chairs, too. Use is first come, first served. Open during summer months.
- The community pool is open during summer months.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

    A great space — comfortable, large and well appointed but a bit of distance from amenities — pool, clubhouse, etc. Listing indicated presence of a BBQ grill, but was apparently referring to a community grill (which didn’t work well) a 10-minute walk from the unit. Overall, however, we had a great visit.

    The location to the Utah Olympic Park, as well as shopping and restaurants was great. A quick 10 minute drive to downtown Park City was easy.The open floor plan, big dining table, TVs in all the rooms, comfortable beds, all made this a great place for our vacation.Check in and communication with host was easy.Overall great stay. Highly recommended.
