Great stay - clean comfortable house with a very nice back yard.

We loved this home and the Kanab area for our three month stay. It was perfect for us and our dogs. Very clean when we arrived, no surprises when compared to the listing. What we loved include: fenced back yard for the dogs to go in and out as they pleased, furniture was comfortable with pet protection covers for the couches, beds and mattresses were the best, first floor washer and dryer, plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen and appliances clearly updated and worked great, extra rooms and bath for guests was awesome, lots of storage, well maintained grounds, keypad entry (no keys), lots of parking, Fire TV's and location location location. Close to town, we walked everywhere, Town mountain and canyon hikes were very convenient and within walking distance. Hospital, with helipad, and city park were a block away (pool was closed for the winter but we didn't care). Very pet friendly community. Our host, Ginger, is a pro. She is very responsive, friendly, accurate, and communicates clearly. We had a couple of small issues to communicate which she explained and/or handled instantly. The book of house rules had good instructions and included a lot of things to do in the Kanab area. Thanks for that. Beautiful home and yard in a very quiet neighborhood Host is Super responsive

Our 4 kids agreed it was their favorite stay on our cross country trip. The back yard is perfect for kids to blow off some steam. We grilled out and enjoyed the deck. I was able to do my family’s laundry and we had 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for our large family. Dining table also big enough for us, and the living room has comfortable furniture for catching up on our teams on TV. We walked to a great hiking spot near the community pool. The home is remodeled from maybe 1960-ish so the kitchen is a little small but new appliances and we cooked for our big family no problem. We would definitely stay there again. Very responsive host.

This house was great and met all our needs for our stay in Kanab. The yard is fully fenced and was great for hosting dogs from Best Friends for sleepovers. The house is located right in town and was walkable to many restaurants and stores and a very short drive to anything else you'd need in town. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 3 kids. Very clean. Great location in a small town with easy access to Bryce and Zion. A notebook full of great information was nice!

We had 6 adults and a 4 year old, stayed for 2 nights, and were super comfortable the entire time. The house had great amenities and the yard was gorgeous, it was lovely to hang out on the patio. Check in and out was a breeze and the location is great - literally minutes to everything in Kanab.

We loved staying at this property...everything was very clean (I'm kinda picky about that part!), the bed was comfortable, the backyard was amazing for our puppy to run around, the deck was our go-to spot for the sunrise and the evenings. All of the National Parks are a fabulous ride and very accessible. The property owners & manager were most responsive when we had an issue. We strongly recommend this property!
