Remodeled Home with Deck, Sun Porch & In-Law Suite - Dogs OK, Beach Nearby

The house has a great location within walking distance to the beach. The beach was terrific with plenty of space and dog friendly. We enjoyed bike riding on the local trails. The house was very clean, great amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The property write up could do more to share the kitchen amenities like the included dish ware, cookware and cleaning supplies.

Spacious. Clean except for floors and rugs. They were dirty and turned our feet and socks black. Needed more lamps throughout, especially living area. Also front outdoor lights did not work.

We stayed here for the Kiawah marathon. Great location by the starting line. Quite a large house that more than fit our group of 4. The dishwasher and washing machine were pluses. House has the essentials. No basic groceries though, so bring your own olive oil, sugar/honey, coffee, etc. It had a bit of a frat house feel, and we thought everything was a bit tired. Be aware that this is actually a somewhat corporate listing through a company called Vacasa (probably cheaper to book through them directly). Because of that, you don’t actually interface with the owner. Rather, all questions go through the service and whatever customer service person you happen to get. This detracts from the experience somewhat because they’re pretty rigid and just enforce the policies—no special exceptions for unusual circumstances. They’re pretty friendly and answer questions quickly though. Overall, I would recommend the house to a group of not-super-picky people (like a group of guys). We had fun.

This house is great for a group of friends or families. Plenty of room to relax, convenient to bike trails and island amenitites. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, but dishes and cooking gear are worn out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and provide privacy. Fresh towels provided, bedding was nice.

Our second stay in 12 months. Love proximity to the beach and that there are four bedrooms, each with their own bath. (Just one of the bathrooms actually updated). But what really needs updating are the beds. They are extra firm and old (one had a date of 1994). Family voted, and there would NOT be a third stay next year if the beds are the same. Found the place to be very clean when we arrived.

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to the golf courses, beach, restaurants and shops. We would recommend it to friends and stay again in the future.

nice property. A little delay on when property was available for check-in: Keys were not where they should have been. Had wonderful housekeeping personnel who was available to provide access to the house.

We enjoyed the location. Extra fridge was a plus. Plenty of bathroom towels. Very clean. Harris Teeter local grocery close. We made a couple of trips to Charleston. Went to Top Golf 3 employees from Orlando location in our group. Beach was close

Great location... close to beach and golf. Roomy and area to grill, too. Perfect rental for a 4 day stay. Wedding was super, too!
