Stayed Mar 5, 2026House was okay…biggest surprise was someone else was staying on the property in a separate room attached the car port. We arrived and there was a car in the carport and we could see a tv on in the car port room. We reached out to Tonya. She was very responsive and confirmed some else was stay on the property. No where on the listing says you could be sharing the property. We told her this was a surprise to us and she responded that it was a nice young man staying there. Also the house was not completely clean. Towels were in of the floor, one 1/4 of a roll of TP in one bathroom and none in the other.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026We had a great time. The space was nice and all beds very comfy per my kiddos. Host was so nice and accommodating! Will definitely add it to our small group of Benton stays!
