Stayed Aug 14, 2025The unit lacks functionality. Dining table in way of door. Washing machine during spin cycle “walked” and sounded like a plane taking off. Things on top fell off because of movement. No dishwasher. Should include instructions for tv’s. Size of tv in bedroom was way too big. The unit needs more room to put your things. We used the kitchen island and living room tv stand (or the floor) for our things since the unit was lacking storage. The outside stairs were metal with grips. For the unit being advertised as dog friendly, the stairs were not! Also, if one is sensitive to equilibrium issues, be aware the floors are extremely uneven! One in our party was frequently holding on to walls or furniture because the floors were so even.

Stayed Aug 26, 2025It was clean but not close enough to Downtown, New Buffalo to be considered Downtown, New Buffalo in my opinion. A construction worker working on the other apartment in the building had access to the keypad coded foyer which was the same code as my apartment. He knocked on our apartment and when I answered occupied he apologized and said sorry wrong apartment. We didn't stay our final night in part because we felt unsafe.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The place worked out well for us. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. When we first booked it the location was a little miss leading, but it was walking distance to downtown and we ended being glad we were not right downtown because of the crowds. The only negative thing was some of the items in the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. We also had some difficulty with the clothes dryer. Overall though it was a good little place to stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Cute straight forward, comfortable place. The steps to get up to the apartment where outside and the metal grate type, which makes sense for the MI winters. However, as the place was advertised as pet friendly, it was not hospitable to our dog’s paws, so we had to carry her up and down the stairs.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We had a very nice time in New Buffalo Mi. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Enough room for two adults. The location is on the edge of town but is walkable to the downtown area. The only negative is the 22 steps to get up to the apartment.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The space was beautiful and the service and communication was wonderful. The only issue was that it was difficult to find, as the address numbers were not visible. The location is unique, but it was right around the corner from where my daughter’s bachelorette party was- so it was perfect.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Super open, airy, and clean. This spot was great. The perfect amount of steps from downtown new Buffalo. I would recommend bringing shampoo/soap/ a few extra towels because they were not stocked but the experience was great!!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Well…from the minute you walk into the door you will be hit with an overwhelming mold smell (and will smell it even when you sleep) and an uneven floor as it is sinking in the middle of the whole apartment that will almost give you a sense of vertigo! That is all after you making it up a treacherous flight of stairs and either kissing the brick wall as you go up since you can not even hold on to the stair railing since it only comes up to your knees. Let’s see…you won’t be given enough towels to use to shower. You will get rain coming into the apartment at the back door stair well that makes it sound like the water is coming in…because it is. There is no wash machine and dryer even though there is a description saying it is coming so somewhere. Let me keep going. It is barely walkable to the beach so don’t carry anything with you! Don’t dress cute or in nice clothes because if you walk you will be a hot mess by the time you get there. The cars fly past the building. There is a railroad track also directly next to the building. Honestly, this should t even be listed as a property to stay at. We will be trying to get our money back also for the last night we didn’t stay there…as we left early…due to the smell of mold! Only liked the wall color but it was like putting lipstick on a pig. Do not stay here!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024My husband and I decided to spend a long weekend in New Buffalo. We wanted a place that was walkeable to nearby restaurants and the beach. We did walk to and from the beach and to several restaurants, its really not that far to get to the main part. The apartment was quiet (we only heard noise from the other apartment once). The decor is cute and fits with the nautical theme of New Buffalo. Fridge is spacious. Everything is coordinated (even the measuring cups and coffee maker (drip coffee maker). The apartment is very welcoming. Parking is off the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024The on-line listing does not show the outside of the building. Now I know why. Considering the location the place is overpriced. The interior was okay. The inside stair with no railing is likely not up to code. There was a very dirty/stained rug in the bathroom - notified owner, and they said it would be replaced the next AM, but that didn’t happen. The rest of the place was clean and well stocked. A nice welcome bag was left for us at arrival. We were sent a “guidebook” with instructions for checkout, and based on that I was expecting a dishwasher and washer and dryer, but these appliances were not there. There were also instructions for using the hot tub, but no hot tub. I guess this guidebook was for a different property.

Stayed Jun 1, 20242nd story commercial building. Apartment as pictured neat and clean. Need railing on stairs. We are older and it was difficult climbing stairs. It was not near downtown. Close to a mile away. Downtown was fun and beach was nice. Had a good time.

Stayed May 25, 2024We stayed at Shoreline Summit for two nights for an anniversary weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from both the town and the beach. This was our first time visiting New Buffalo, and we were delighted by its charm. The town offers great restaurants, cute shops, and a gorgeous beach and shoreline. Shoreline Summit provided everything we needed for a wonderful and memorable stay. We highly recommend it!

Stayed May 22, 2024This place is very clean, and very nicely decorated. The location is close to downtown New Buffalo, Warren Dunes and many nice restaurants, among other things. Check in is easy and availability of Property managers is easy and prompt. (I used texts) I would recommend any properties managed by this company, based on this experience
