Remodeled 5BR Beachfront Home w/ new main floor deck, Private Beach, Communal Pool & Bunks

We had a fabulous one week stay at Done Inn. The house and the location exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious… all contributing to make this our best beach vacation ever. The large kitchen provided everything that we could possibly need. The amazing porch overlooking the beach was our favorite gathering place. We plan to be back next year!!

Everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was there (grill, bikes, beach towels,stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). Communication was easy as was getting in and out of house. This complex felt very safe and we saw the security guard on numerous occasions. There was easy access to the beach and pool. We loved everything about this place.

Great location and space! Could use more serving dishes and drying towels in kitchen, and better shades in the bedrooms for darker sleeping.

The home was so beautiful. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. Even with all of the space, the decor made the home feel warm and cozy. The kitchen was set up so nice with all of the amenities that you would need to cook with. The beach access was perfect just one house away to the walkway. We could walk barefoot from the beach to the house easily without having to pack a bunch of stuff to take down to the beach with us. The private beach was so peaceful and the neighbors that own the other homes in the gated community were very friendly. The management team was very kind and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying again soon!

My large family ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old was very comfortable in this house and we loved every minute of our vacation. There was ample seating in the living and dining for everyone. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views from the patios. We took full advantage of the private beach everyday

This is our second time staying at this house. It has the space needed for the family and the view is incredible. Love that it's directly on the beach and the community pool is never crowded. Well stocked kitchen but could use a new set of skillets and pots and pans. Love the ice machine and the second refrigerator.

We have been coming to this area for years and wow! This home is truly 5 stars! Location: private neighborhood with private beach, one house off 30A, and in the center of it all, yet in this quaint, quiet neighborhood. Property: Kitchen is gorgeous! For a Southern Family who loves to congregate around the kitchen, it was such a blessing. (Please note: if you do plan to do a lot of cooking and will be using “speciality items”., you might want to consider bringing them with you.) With grandparents getting older and limiting their time on the beach, great memories occurred around the kitchen island, living room and on the gorgeous and expansive deck! The view is truly one in a million! Kids room is on the first floor with 5 beds and was perfect to house all the grand children. This was a week where we did not say, “good bye”, but “Until Next Year”! Also, the management company was responsive, caring, and truly great. We had a few maintenance issues come up at the beginning of our stay and they were all promptly addressed with Grace and Care. Absolutely no stress.

We had the best week, with family and beautiful weather. The Done Inn was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had their own space. Plenty of area to enjoy meals together, and the beach porch was amazing. Saw dolphins everyday. We will be back next year in this exact same house.

The views were outstanding, the master bedroom was large with a great view, the kitchen island was large which was good for meals. Compared to other VRBO properties we have rented this location had less supplies. There was construction going on across the street that we should have been notified about prior to coming. Some of our guest drove in from Milwaukee and the loud hammering started at 8am. We used the heated pool most days.
