This is an Active Adult Community for guests aged 55 and older.
No exceptions.
Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age.
There are a few steps to get into the home at each door.

This is an updated 1 bedroom 1-bathroom cozy park model in a wonderful Resort Community! New Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy your home away from home. Patio seating under the covered driveway anda propane grill and more seating on the back patio. (This patio is more private than some because there are no neighbors right behind you!)
This community has everything you can think of and a whole bunch of activities you never even knew you wanted to try.
A large heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and indoor spa, fitness center, library, Post Office on site, ballroom, field trips and so much more!!

The additional rules below are designed to help us be respectful neighbors and to keep a positive relationship with the community. Exceptions to these rules may be granted, depending on individual circumstances.

* Once you have paid for your reservation, we’ll schedule a phone call to learn more about you, your guests and review important information.
*New traveler & travelers without reviews may not be accepted.
*Reservations made less than 7 days in advance may not be accepted.
*Primary guests must be 55 years or older.
*Guests booking under someone else's account or for another person may not be accepted.
*Guests paying with someone else's card may not be accepted.
*10pm-7am is quiet time.
*Guests staying and overnight visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.
*No street parking is allowed after 10PM
*No more than 4 guests at the community pool.
*Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd be interested.
