Stayed Dec 27, 2025The house itself is fantastic, with an outstanding location. The amenities were thoughtful and useful. We used the pier, kayaks, and bicycles. The host was responsive and helpful, even though I dropped one of the nice plates and broke it! I highly recommend this house and host!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Very clean and comfortable. Great location. My nephew really enjoyed fishing off the channel pier. Caught sharks, stingrays, and all kinds of fish. Appears to have been recently renovated and is in pristine condition. We were best pleased.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The house is just as advertised, clean, up to date, and roomy. Key Colony Beach is the perfect spot for boating/fishing etc. Right off of Vaca Cut. Communication with the owner was awesome. Quick responses and lots of advice. We stay in KCB every year, and this was one of our favorites/ Additionally, we vacationed with another family who had the other duplex. So convenient. Thanks George, we are already looking at dates next year!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Our family had such a great stay at this Key Colony Beach rental. Having access to the cabana club and the close proximity to the center of the island was so convenient. We have a three year old and she loved being walking distance to the park on that street. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Roger was very helpful and responsive anytime we reached out. Would definitely recommend this to any family looking to stay in the keys!
