Stayed May 17, 2023We had such a good weekend out in vegas for edc, the place was up to par with what we needed for the weekend. Great place, and property manager has an open line for communication, and responds fast! :D

Stayed Mar 16, 2023I was out there with my family for a wedding first day we got there my daughter took a shower in the upstairs restroom when I noticed water leaking downstairs from her showering called the owner and let him know he said he couldn't get a plumber out there right away and didn't want one there while we were there which was fine I explained to him that we're out there for a wedding and there was a bunch of us and it was going to be real inconvenient with one restroom which was in our master bedroom I told him I needed some reimbursement he said that's fine I talked to him once after the rental he offered me a hundred bucks I let him know that was not acceptable also there was dirty clothes under the bed spoiled food in the kitchen refrigerator and the house was unfinished door trim missing unpainted patchwork from the previous water leak extremely upset

Stayed Dec 2, 2022At this price point was expecting a home in good to average shape. This home was in rough shape. Trim missing, kitchen drop ceiling looks like it could fall at any point, piles of trash in back yard/storage area, no chairs for poker table, poor lighting, just a lot of TLC needed. Describing this as a remolded home is a bit off..home was clean and heat worked, so it worked for what we needed.
