Welcome to our remodeled, ranch-style home in Springdale! We have furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay while you visit our hometown! You are a mile or less from a grocery store, restaurants, NWACC, and I49. With the house having easy, quick access to the hwy and centrally located in NWA, you can zip down to Fayetteville (~10min drive) to catch a football game or show at the Walton Arts Center or up to Bentonville/Rogers (~15min drive) to check out Crystal Bridges or Walmart

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Home was cozy, beds were nice, kitchen was efficient. Great location. As a plus, we were even able to pull our car into the garage! (like, nobody does this). Owner was very communicative and supportive. Also, the departure process was super-easy; we were not asked to scrub the place down like a lot of other listings. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024A very comfortable home with a great location. A lot of updates to the home which make it warm, comfortable, quiet, and cozy. There's not much in the kitchen if you are expecting to make full meals but for a weekend place with just basic dishes it works great. Would probably book again if in the area.

Stayed Sep 19, 20244 to 5 bikes stored in garage. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and fast straight road to Rogers or country twisties.

Stayed May 17, 2023nicely appointed with all that my sister and I needed for a weeks' stay. New washer and dryer were a big help since we'd needed to pack light. We also enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels in the fenced back yard.
