Immediately adjacent is the first of two (2) spacious living areas. This living room has ample seating areas, with a flatscreen, smart television. The first living area offers stacking sliders to take in the view of the covered pool area. Attached to the 1st living area is a 6 person dining room. A fully stocked kitchen, with a separate breakfast area is the perfect setting to enjoy home cooked meals. The second living area adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect location to sit back, relax and enjoy family time. The reclining comfy sectional is sure to make the perfect location for afternoon naps. The master bedroom is conveniently located off of the second family room, with a comfortable king bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. This split plan home includes two additional bedrooms with twin beds and bath with tub.
The outside pool area includes a brand new 6 person dining set, grill and convenient access door to bathroom. Everything you need for the beachis in our freshly painted and organized garage.a fun ping pong table can be enjoyed in the pool area while you bask in the Florida sunshine! Summary of Noise Ordinance
Noise Ordinance 20-05 Summary
On October 5, 2020 the City Council approved an updated noise ordinance for the City of Marco Island. The entire ordinance is available at: https://www.cityofmarcoisland.com/sites/default/files/fileattachments/ordinance/66651/20- 05.pdf. This document is a summary of the key points of the new ordinance.

General noise prohibitions:

1. Between 8:00pm – 7:00am, the sound may not be plainly audible from fifty (50) feet from the property line or within a fully enclosed structure of a residence; or

2. The sound when measured at the receiving property may not exceed 66 dBA between 7:00am – 8:00pm or 60 dBA between 8:00pm - 7:00am in residential zones; or

3. The sound may not exceed 72 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 65 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am in commercial zones; or

4. In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’s dwelling unit.

5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays and holidays.

6. Landscaping maintenance noise is prohibited between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:00am.

Enforcement and Penalties:

1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning and must comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.

2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation at the home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.

3. The person responsible for a violation, as well as the property owner, may be issued a Notice of Violation for each individual violation.

4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenant may be subject to a civil penalty of $250.00 for the first violation, $500.00 for the second violation, and $1,000.00 for the third violation. The fourth violation will escalate to $2,000.00, the fifth violation is $4,000.00 and the sixth violation is $5,000.00.

    This is the second year we have stayed at this house. It has everything a family of all ages would want or need. The owner is wonderful to work with and prompt to respond if there is a question. We love the location because it is quiet but still close enough to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and the beach.

    We had a great vacation. The hosts are very responsive and kind. The property was clean and well stocked. We cook most of our meals in and had everything that we needed. It is very spacious. Our kids spent the majority of their time swimming and enjoyed the pool toys. We made a few trips to the beach and they had everything to make it an easy outing. We went miniature golfing. We went to see gators at Wooten’s. We went to the park. It was great for our family and young kids.

    We loved everything about the home except the sunken living room. Because there is no change in floor color or pattern, the drop-off is camouflaged. It was hard for us to constantly remind ourselves of the danger.Otherwise, the owner responded quickly and positively to all communication. The house is well-stocked, much better than most rentals. Even though the home is situated on a corner lot, the landscaping gave us complete privacy and no outside noise entered the home.The heated pool and lanai area completely suited our needs. It was great getting out of the Illinois winter for our stay.We especially enjoyed the many burrowing owls nesting in the neighborhood. What a hoot!

    We have been coming to Marco Island for 10 years. This house is perfect. Spacious, clean, so many provided amenities. Owner is so responsive and it is obvious she cares for the property and her guests. The pool was perfect, decor updated, great circle drive and neighborhood. Close to everything. A must stay property.

    This house is perfect for a stay on Marco Island. Although it not walkable to the beach, the bike ride is roughly 10 to 15 min. While Marco is not as bike friendly as Sanibel, we found no problems getting around the island that way. Or you can drive and park at the public lots as everything is a 5 to 10 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and was perfect for our family. The house itself was well maintained and had some updates. Pretty much everything you need was provided and available. The pool is great with a lenai to keep some UV rays and bugs out. Would recommend.

    Wonderful stay on Marco Island, FL. This home had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy. Kids loved the pool and lanai! Great outdoor space to swim, play cards, eat dinner, etc. Everything we visited on the island was within a 10 minute drive. House was clean and a perfect place for our family to spend time.

    Home was very nice and clean. Master with king and two bedrooms each with two twins served our family of 6 great. Large kitchen and outdoor barbecue for making some meals at home and kids loved the pool in evenings. We rented bikes and had easy access to the whole island. Also spent a day in the mangroves on kayaks and rented an offshore boat for day to top off our exploration of neighboring islands and keys. Plenty to stay busy for the family.
