Relaxing River Retreat 15 Miles from West Glacier Gate

Hiking West Glacier everyday so it was so wonderful to come back to such a warm and comforting house. Will always stay here in the future. Everything about this house was perfect and can’t think of one thing I would change!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Not that far from GNP. Communication with owners was very easy. Enjoyed it very much.

Our two senior couples from Utah agreed this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever enjoyed! The home was immaculate, well stocked, and in a perfect central, quiet location as we launched out each day to explore Glacier National Park and the surrounding areas. Charlotte and Pete were very cheerful and helpful at every step along the way. Their suggestions for locations to visit and places to eat were spot on and we were never disappointed! We will be recommending their home to our family and friends and hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful time during our 2nd trip to Glacier National Park! This townhouse was perfect for our family of 5, with enough beds for everyone. Charlotte and Peter welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour, instructions, and tourist guides, if we wanted them. The whole house was fully stocked with plenty in the kitchen to make meals and have pantry essentials to use. The extra large washer and dryer were a big plus in getting laundry done before leaving for home. The location was very close to Highway 2 to get to the park main entrance and very close to a shopping area with restaurants and groceries in Columbia Falls. There wasn't anything that I didn't bring that I needed to go to the store and get, it was well stocked! Thank you again and we will surely stay here again if we come back!

We had an incredible experience at this property! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering fantastic local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. The location is ideal, close to everything you need yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a morning cup of coffee out on the terrace. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Communication with the host was seamless and prompt, making everything from check in to check out a breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plus thoughtful extras! Every detail was carefully considered and it showed. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Great property for a group in a gray location for your visit to Gkacier. Amenities provided really make the stay so much easier. You get to pack lighter for sure! It truly is a home away from home. If ever given the opportunity to return to glacier would definitely stay here again.

This house in Columbia Falls was just perfect for our family of five’s trip to Glacier National Park. It was spacious, meticulously clean and so well appointed for people coming from far away. It was easy to make the reservation, and Charlotte communicated details before and during our stay as needed. The house is located a quick 20 minute drive from the West Glacier entrance, where we went every day for great hiking. We really appreciated coming back to the house after a long day outside and being able to either cook for ourselves or go out to dinner in downtown Columbia Falls. Charlotte provided many more amenities and supplies, like bear spray and hiking sticks, use of a cooler and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and our trip, and we highly recommend!! P.S. if you have any energy left after spending time in Glacier, there is a nice walking path through the neighborhood.

This was a great property located closely to the west side of Glacier National park. Very clean, and the owners were friendly and very knowledgeable! We had 7 adults there with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks for a great stay!

Charlotte and Peter’s home is one of the best vacation homes we have rented. We spent a week in Columbia Falls as our home base for exploring Glacier National Park and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. The checkin process was easy, and Charlotte, Peter, and their niece, Jacqueline, were very helpful. We will definitely be back!

My family had a great time in Columbia Falls. The townhome we stayed at was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts are so nice and helpful. A lot of thought has been put into what a family may need when staying at this townhome. Our daughter got married in Glacier National Park. Staying in Columbia Fall gave us easy access to a lot of fun activities. We spent our days in Big Fork, White Fish and Glacier National Park. Thank you for your hospitality !!! We highly recommend this Vrbo!!

We have rented a lot of properties but this might have been the best experience we have had. Our hosts were amazing and the property was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Charlotte and Pete are simply put, the nicest people in Montana. Usually when checking in to a VRBO you're met with a cold lock box or a the mechanical wizzing of a smart lock. Not here, immediately our gracious host welcomed us with warm smiles and even hugs! When we entered the house, literature and pamphlets we spread across the dinning tables and Pete filled us in on all of the exciting things in the area including the best restaurants. Charlotte followed up with a quick tour of the house and assured us over and over again she was here to make us as comfortable as possible! They are both so sweet and want you to have the best experience possible. They even helped provide us with bear spray and a cooler for our adventures into GNP! When it was time to leave they even offered to store our bags in their garage until our next rental was available. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly new construction. The home inside is beautiful and modern but not lacking traditional charm. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they even provided us with streaming services during our stay so we could unwind at night. If given the opportunity we would not hesitate to stay again. If you are coming to GNP this is the first place you should consider.

Could not ask for better place and the hospitality that was shown to us by Charlotte and Pete. They had all information we needed for activities and local restaurants. They gave great information on park and best sites to see. It was like having your own travel agent next door. We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and the owners were very attentive to our needs, they even supplied us with bear spray, & cooler they also had walking sticks. If we are able to go back one day hope to be able to stay here again.
