Relaxing Retreat on the Deschutes River in Bend

Come to Bend and stay at this prime location with the whole family or a few couples at this peaceful river front property. Our home is nestled between tall pine trees and along the edge of the Deschutes River. We are located within the housing community of Mt. Bachelor Village in south west Bend and includes a community pool/hot tub and clubhouse for use during your stay. Here you will have direct access to the river trail and our location is prime for recreation, shopping, or just relaxing.<br>
Our home is situated above the beautiful Deschutes River in the quiet community of Mt. Bachelor Village.
Location of this house is incredible. Only 5 minuets to Old Mill and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Only 8 minuets to downtown Bend, and only 22 minuets from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. We also have close access to the Deschutes River Trail.
Upon arrival you are met with tall pines, a cozy front patio and an elegant glass door entry.
The main level of the home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living all within a large area so your family can enjoy being together in the same space while doing different things. The kitchen boasts high end appliances, large gas range, a large island with seating, and everything you will need to cook an amazing meal. The main dinning is off of the kitchen with large table for gathering to eat or games and puzzles. Surrounding the table is large widows on every side with wonderful natural light. There is also access to the back deck from the dining room. This deck invites you to come out to use the BBQ, or better yet to sit and relax with your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening while listening to the soothing sound of the river below. Back inside the living room has a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, comfortable furniture, and extremely tall ceilings with large windows bringing those tall pine trees into view.
The downstairs also has the master bedroom on the main floor. This room is spacious with a King sized bed, gas fireplace, and private access to the back deck. Attached is the large master bathroom with two sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower.
Also on the main floor is the garage which guest will have access to for their cars, as well as bikes, skis, and whatever else you decide to bring to make your stay more adventurous.
Coming into the house from the garage there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a sink and everything you need to keep your clothing clean during your stay.
There is also a half bath on the main floor.
On the upper level there are two good sized bedrooms with access to a large full bathroom. Also on the second level is a loft area that has work space if some work needs to be done during your stay.
During your stay you will have access to the community pool, Hot tub, and club house which is just a short walk away!
