Very clean, and quiet place. Pool was great and communication with host was easy and quick. Will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

the outside furniture was unsafe. also the owner needs to update the property info. no breakfast and only 2 full baths and 1 1/2 bath

The living areas were well suited and the table outside was great. It was nice to have the fans on as it gets warm upstairs. Pretty dark with the window coverings and just a lamp and also appreciate trying to keep it cool. Good area outside but near downtown Vegas.

An amazing place to stay. The home was very welcoming and felt like home. It’s one of the best hosts I have had. The inviting pool with a nearby grill offered a pleasant/enjoyable entertaining environment, especially for my children as they played most of the time in the pool. The house was clean, well-organized and had everything that we needed. The proximity of the home to several restaurants, shops and a casino made our stay even more comfortable. I will stay again any time. I highly recommend this home, especially for a family of up to 6.

Well recommenced excellent host honestly don’t think I could have had a better experience for my first time renting through VRBO .

We booked this stay to go to the When We Were Young festival with friends. We're a bunch of 30 somethings that don't party too hard anymore and this place was perfect. Property was just as described and clean. Close enough to everything we needed but didn't run into any traffic of the strip or tourists. We hung out by the pool during the day, BBQ'd, and played music. We went to the festival in the evening and came back just to sleep. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and showers were nice and hot. Our host left towels for the pool and had great communication. The whole team was very accommodating. We look forward to booking again if we are ever in the area! Thanks Barb and team!

I cannot say enough kind words about the host, Barb. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions whenever I reached out and was incredibly quick in responding. One of the best hosts I have encountered. The house was clean, well-kept and had well thought out instructions for the guests. I would definitely stay here again!! This property was very easy to book and even easier to stay at! The property owner was very thorough and provided us with more than we could ever use or need! The next time I’m in Las Vegas I will most certainly rebook and stay here again. Thank you so much my wife, brothers and I had a great time.

We rented this place for our anniversary week. The inside of the house is fine but the outside is run down, the pool the green and dirty. We could not really use it while we were there. The owner did respond and say she would give us $100.00 but never did. The worst part was the barking 24/7 next door. It was as if someone just left this large dog outside and left. Overall, I would not stay here again.
