Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths, this beautifully designed home is the ideal spot to enjoy endless activities on Lake Winnebago. Go ice fishing on Lake Winnebago or snowmobiling around Winnebago county in the winter ortake the pedal boat out for a spin or kayak around the lake! in the summer! After, relax in the serene living roomwhile admiring panoramic views of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows, or end the night with stargazing on the patio!
In the winter, enjoy nearby hiking and the 200-mile network of snowmobiling trails in Winnebago County. As the lake freezes over, walk right onto Lake Winnebago to join the crowd for some ice fishing. There are several sleds free for guests to use with several sledding hills around Oshkosh for both the small ones as well as dare devils. Or just enjoy the serene lake views with friends and family from the comfort of the living room while drinking a warm cup of hot chocolate.
In the summer, it is equipped with a 4-person pedal boat and 4 kayaks (2 single kayaks and 2 double kayaks) that are free to use to guests. Launch them right out the backdoor from our private dock. Or sit back on the patio while you grill out with your friends and family. (Note: Watercraft are usually put into storage around Oct/Nov when temperatures drop)
The house is stocked with more board games than you'll have time to play. Everything from family friendly games for the kids to others meant for those competitive at heart.
This cozy 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home fits 8 people comfortably with 6 beds plus a sofa bed. There are 3 queen sized beds, 3 twin beds, and a sofa bed along with an aero bed and pack ‘n play to make sure everyone sleeps comfortably.
One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and full-sized sofa bed. Another with 2 queen-sized beds. And the third has a 3-bed bunk bed. There is also a queen-sized aero bed available for even more sleeping space.
For any smaller kids, there's a pack 'n play available along with a booster seat that can be locked into one of the dining room chairs and toys to keep them occupied for the entire weekend.
