Stayed Nov 15, 2025Hot tub was wonderful it was warm when we got there and we turned it up and it warmed up quickly. It was very clean with very clear instructions. We really appreciated all the little extras- toiletries, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, and an awesome little snack welcome basket. We enjoyed a couple board games and was able to watch football on TV! All was great!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023We just stayed one night. It was right off of I40 and close to where we needed to be. There is some traffic noice outside since it’s right off the highway. But the house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We of course used the hot tub and loved it. It met our needs and then some. They had coffee and snacks available. Great communication! If we’re ever in the area again we would stay here.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The property and house were very clean and all the pictures were very accurate. Communication was very good and easy. There was plenty of room to park two trucks and two boats in the front yard.
