Surrounded by tropical plants, this home is ready to welcome you to your vacation! Featuring a stylish spiral staircase separating the spacious levels, guests can relax in comfort in the central air conditioning, or head straight out to the private pool set in a safely enclosed backyard. There's plenty of room to relax on the furnished patio as well as on the spacious upper decks! It's easy to pop back and forth between indoor and outdoor living at this home, though the lower level game room with a pool table and air hockey may be everyone's most popular spot to hang out. A private washer/dryer is set up for guest use, so that you can relax without worrying about tomorrow's swimsuits. The full kitchen (complete with an island and a French door refrigerator) is set right within the spacious common area so that putting together more snacks is easy. Relax and unwind after a day of activities in the home's private sauna.
Don't worry about putting everyone down for bed peacefully - bedrooms in this home are set far enough apart from the common areas that everyone can doze off peacefully as others chat into the night. The first bedroom on the main floor features a twin-over-double bunk bed with a bonus twin-size trundle bed set up under the bottom bunk. It's just down the hall from a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. At the end of the hall, the second and main bedroom features a king bed, a private entrance to the furnished deck, and an elegant en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower with a subway tile design. Across the hall, the third bedroom features a queen bed and its own private entrance to the furnished deck. Walk down the spiral staircase to find the fourth bedroom just off the game room. This tiled suite includes a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms feature their own TV.
You're less than a half mile away from the Waterfront Restaurant and Harry's Grill And Bistro, as well as the Anna Maria City Pier! You're also right on Pine Avenue, Anna Maria's 'old Florida' district with plenty of sights and good eats to enjoy. With Bean Point and Anna Maria Public Beach within three miles, it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. If you just can't stay away from the water, rent a boat (or take a tour!) with Egmont Key Adventures just two miles away.

We enjoyed the home, loved the pool and porches! Would give 5 stars but the house could use some updating to fix some areas of the house and restock the kitchen with some items that are in need of replacing.
The location, wrap around deck, the backyard, and the in home sauna were all wonderful. Overall, the home could use a few updates and tinder loving care.
The property is great for bringing teens on vacation.- pool table, swimming pool and air hockey. Great location though the house could use a refresh. Bedroom carpets need to be replaced- filthy and worn, patio cushions are ripped, and the indoor tv room furniture is severely stained. Overall we had a wonderful time, despite these drawbacks though I probably wouldn’t rent this house again, unless these items were updated.
The property was exactly as describe. It was close to down town and the beach the pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect; however the cleanliness was less than desired. The shower curtain was moldy. The dishwasher was moldy and beyond use. We had to wash our dishes by hand. The vanity lights in the basement did not work. Lastly we had a rodent problem. We reached out to Vacasa on Monday & Tuesday. We have to go through the 800 number to get a hold of a property manager . They did call pest control for is but he didn't show up till Saturday. He was very helpful and got the job done. The cleaning staff should have recognize the droppings and could have avoided the situation. My husband had to get up in the middle of the nigh to check the traps so we did not have to deal with it. It did cause a disruption.
Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for getting to many of our favorite places. The house was clean and comfortable. Pool/patios are wonderful!
Great location - easy access to the beach, bay, restaurants, stores etc. The house is very nice - easily accommodated 8 adults. The pool, game room, steam room and sauna were bonuses. Several large porches. The house is nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. We did have maintenance issues — the dishwasher and dryer didn’t work, and the windows didn’t open. The property manager was very responsive but unable to resolve the issues during our stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, the kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. The spiral staircase can be difficult to manage but there are other options. We would stay again.
The game room was a hit, as were the sauna and steam room. It ended up being unseasonably cool, so the pool area didn’t become the focal gathering point I thought it would, but it was enjoyed nevertheless. Where you are really is secondary to who you’re with, and for us it was an emotional family reunion. This place was a great nexous for family fun times together. Overall, everything worked as billed, but little things need renewing, like cooking utensils, peeling veneer on the steam room door, worn off labels on the stove cooktop, which otherwise worked fine. I found the safety alarms which I couldn’t shut off to be a nuisance that I could have done without. Safety alarms which draw attention to themselves are going to get deactivated by taping over the bypass button. They were loud and obnoxious, and went off all the time and support staff try to tell you there is nothing that can be done about it. I can only shake my head at whoever thinks this is necessary when everyone is onsite. Lighting in the pool area discourages use at night when it would have been pleasant to sit outside and visit. In spite of this, we managed to have a good time and enjoyed the place, but I wouldn’t come back here unless the owners do something about the safety alarms.
The house was as expected, it was great everything was nice and neat when we showed up, all the amenities listed made a fantastic week for us. We absolutely will be looking into this home for next year. We had one of the most minor flaws when we got here that being the pool light was out but they got here the following day fixed it and there was no issue. The gentleman from vacasa was very helpful in giving me tips on where to go around the area with family and we definitely had a great time. If anyone reads any of the other comments take them with grain of salt because that's what I did and we had a blast.
Loved the location on North end of island. Easy to get to everything. Also, the local Vacasa staff was awesome when we had multiple maintenance issues arise the first day. On the plus side for the home, the bathrooms upstairs have been recently redone and are nice. Beds were comfortable. However that’s where it ends. First, the homeowner does not allow the AC unit to go below 70 degrees (???) and my entire family woke up drenched every morning. I had to end up making the trek to wal mart and buy box fans for each room. It is still stuffy in here and for the amount you pay, we should have absolutely been told this on the front end and would have booked elsewhere. I also had to end up buying temporary shades as the “blinds” in back bedroom make it appear the sun is rising in your room every day. The bunk beds swayed and almost collapsed on my daughter. Very unstable and unsafe. We had to end up taking the whole mattress down and making her a place on the floor. Maintenance tried to help but agreed they needed replacing. The living area furnishings are gross. The slipcover doesn’t even fit the sofa and there were stains all over. The rug is nasty too. The whole area needs deep cleaning and replacement of furniture. It appears this house was pieced together. We saw the very weird staircase on the photos, but had no idea how narrow it is and i almost fell multiple times. Beware if you have older people in your group do not recommend! Also pool is tiny and looks much larger in photos. No fans in back area so not good for relaxing. The refrigerator back there doesn’t work. Overall we would never book this house again. We paid a lot of money and felt we got slighted especially as Vacasa has yet to respond to the detailed email i sent 4 days ago.
