✓ This home accommodates up to 6 vehicles with garage and driveway access. Street or grass parking is prohibited.
✓ Palmetto Dunes is a gated community, and a car pass is required for each vehicle. One car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes for $35 per week.
✓ Pool and Spa Heating: Available for an additional $100 per day. Please order pool spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed. Please plan accordingly.
✓ The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
✓ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
✓ Quiet Hours: Enforced by the Town of Hilton Head Island between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
