Pool was decent size and the bunk bed room was spacious!

We are a college golf team - 9 women, 1 man. The house is decorated very cute. It's an older home, but that doesn't bother me. The bunk beds were comfy and it was a great space for my team. The other beds had very firm mattresses, which I personally like. The space looked great, although next to my bed in the guest room was a box of kleenex with used tissues inside. Mistakes happen, I threw it away. The weather was cold for AZ (60's) so we couldn't use the pool - too cold. That's not the owners fault! We used the hot tub, and it was great! Where I felt this wasn't the best fit for my group was the house can accommodate a lot of people, but it only has 2 bathrooms. With 9 women, that was an issue. Again, that wasn't the owner's fault - that was on me! We coordinated shower times and made it work. Another issue for my group was the lack of kitchen supplies. There's no crockpot, which is convenient to let something cook all day while you're out playing and seeing the sights. Also, the night I made lasagna they didn't have a large enough pan to boil the noodles (I had to use 2 smaller pans) and they didn't have a 9x13 baking dish. Made a run back to the grocery store for a foil pan. I communicated with someone other than the owners, which made me think the owners were out of town or unavailable. I emailed/texted early in the morning on our 2nd day, indicating they were out of propane (we planned on grilling that night) and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper left (so it wasn't stocked before our arrival). We got home at 7pm to realize they hadn't brought the propane or toilet paper yet. Texted again and someone showed up within the hour. The trash from the previous week hadn't been taken out either. I got the impression we were an afterthought. I wonder if our experience had been different if the owners were available.

The residence looks older than expected, when we walked in all you could smell is mildew. We ended up figuring out it was the rug, inside the garage it was soaked and smelt horrible. The guest bathroom tub was plugged, If the owner is paying for a cleaning company to clean the property I think they should find someone else. Vents full of dust showers I wore sandals. You couldn’t play corn hole, the boards were dry rotted from the AZ heat. The hot tub was amazing! The house would be great with some extra TLC

Location and property were great, just as advestised. Master bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. Kitchen lacked paper products and kitchen towels. Overall, had a great experience and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property over February break. The communication with the host was excellent. Gina is so quick to reply and very helpful. She had a new air mattress shipped to the house for us next-day and had the jacuzzi people come by and clean up the hot tub. Overall, the house is great. There are lots of games to play including a putting green, connect 4, foose ball and darts. The hot tub was great to relax in at night while watching tv/listening to music. The pool was great, although it would have been utilized way more if it was heated. We were still able to enjoy it though. Some of the kitchen drawers were damaged by other guests, but were still usable. Some of the door knobs also didn’t latch properly, but that was minor. The bunk house was great for all the kids to sleep in and hang out in. I loved having a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee pods supplied! I wish this house had fruit trees.. we definitely missed having fresh oranges for breakfast when compared to a previous vacation to Mesa. The location was great. We were close to grocery stores, Costco, and Walmart. A reasonable drive to malls and outlets. There’s a pretty nice park within walking distance that offers basketball, volleyball and a nice little playground. Overall, we had a great vacation with a couple of unforeseen minor issues, but we would stay at this property again.

Very nice place with everything you need. Great neighborhood and quick access to everything. Beds were a little on the hard side but some people like that. Didn’t have hardly any kitchen towels or rags but host said they would take care of that for the future. Loved the experience

We came for a long weekend with friends and this property was perfect! The garage converted to the bunk room was amazing and roomy and everything else was almost exactly as described. The only reason it’s not getting five stars (would give 4.5 if I could) is because of the cleanliness. There was hair in the shower, a blood spot on my pillowcase, dust on the vent covers and windows, and wet towels on the first day. Very minor in the grand scheme of things. The location was great and we were able to get to everywhere we wanted within 20 minutes or so. If we ever come down this way again we will absolutely be back at this property! Thanks so much!

This house was perfect for our trip! We were centrally located and was so well stocked, between 8 baseball games our two grandsons had we didn't have time to be running to the store. The hot tub was great for tired muscles and it was such a nice clean and comfortable house. It was nice to have a place to spread out vs staying at a hotel like some of the other families. Will definitely stay here again! Gina was a great responsive host!

We rented this place for a ladies retreat and the queen bunk beds were great as otherwise it probably wouldn’t have been ideal. It would be a great house for families with kiddos with all the games and back yard set up. The host was very responsive for anything we needed and had it brought over quickly.
