Stayed Apr 7, 2026Excellent house with great hosts. Very clean and the location is perfect for the ferry to Ocracoke as well as the underrated Graveyard of the Atlantic museum. The hosts are true to their word as to what is provided so you may need to buy extra toilet paper while you are there if you are staying for more than a few days. Thankfully there's a couple of very nice grocery stores nearby. The welcome kit contains all that you need though. Fridge is totally empty so you should bring some condiments, etc. Also, the fridge is awesome because there's a filter for cold water right on the door. you have to access it by looking for the latch on the underside of the OUTSIDE of the left door. This is a very cool feature as the water tastes great from it. The beds are nice and everything is super clean. We totally enjoyed our stay and you will too. Also, we didn't have dogs but you should know that there is no pet smells and it doesn't even seem like dogs are allowed there - it's so clean. We hope to come back! One of the most relaxing parts of the outer banks, imho.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Wonderful place to stay with quick easy access to the beach. There is really nice outdoor deck and living space and despite the weather being windy and rainy we really enjoyed our time. The location is perfect too for restaurants, shopping, ferry landing, and driving down to the tip of Hatteras if you have beach access. It was quiet and relaxing and perfect for our family of four with adult children.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Yarn spinner was perfect. We loved the location-a short walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants as well as the ferry dock. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and read and relax. The house was spotless. We would rent it again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!
