Stayed Jun 21, 2025This property was very clean and cozy. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. After a long drive and a day full of baseball in the sun, that's exactly what was needed. If we ever have to travel back to Tennessee, I would absolutely book this property again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Hot tub electrical and outside outlets not covered properly. Rear patio doors need curtains/ blinds. Lights not working in laundry area, HVAC vents and bath exhaust vents could use some cleaning. Parking lot had huge torn up road and parking at angle was a pain to unit. Spiders/ and cob webs in entrance area. Got some needed rest but will not use again.

Stayed May 31, 2024This was a very nice property! It was very clean. It was close to all the main attractions but yet very quiet. It was very accommodating for our family...it included all the little details you may need. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. 3 tvs and 2 1/2 baths was so nice! Included a washer and dryer and a dishwasher...and they even include the detergents. We will stay again for sure!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023We absolutely loved our stay at our rental property. The check-in process was quick and easy. The townhouse/condo was in the perfect location just far enough away from town but close enough that you could get to all the sites within 15 to 30 minutes depending on where you were headed. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Definitely needs work. Not worth over 900$ to rent. Laundry door was broken. A lot in this little townhouse needs to be fixed and worked on. Great location though. King bedroom seemed great. The bunk beds sheets had a large amount of hairs all over it, red dye of some sort and the shower curtain had some nasty gooey substance on it. If you can bring your own linens for the queen bunk beds and one for a full size pull out bed you will be good as far as that issue. The dishwasher has mold in it(we saw it after we used it) and it didn’t clean the dishes, the fridge wouldn’t close until we moved around drawers and shelves and the ice maker didn’t work at all. The water definitely stayed hot so we never ran out and that was nice but for the extra money you may spend in another home I would say until they get some work done in here find another place. They did communicate pretty well and brought linens fairly quick but I would not have rented this had I known. There’s also not 2 spots for parking out front. It’s first come first serve but there are other spots you can finagle. Overall quiet location and not far from Pigeon Forge. Cleanliness should be number one in my opinion and the rest would have been not a huge deal breaker. We appreciate having somewhere to stay but for the price absolutely no.
