Stayed Nov 14, 20255 stars for the inside of house being exactly as pictured. The rooms were comfortable and very cute. There were two cats that you can tell live there, they hung out on the patio furniture the whole time and kept trying to get in the house when we would go in or out..and I am not a cat person so that was not fun. The online pictures of the proximity to the river were a little misleading. I was looking for a property where access to the river was going to be easy and on property. The river was not accessible for us from the property. We ended up having to go off property to use the river.

Stayed May 24, 2025House is cute but a little misleading from the pictures. There are neighbors on each side of the house, with a little walk down to the river. The shower curtain was dirty, difficult to manage around the rod, and really tall which is frustrating to find out after you get in. Country life is expected to have some bugs but there was an abundance after we found three scorpions, the last on our pillow. The positives were the porch is large and was a great place to watch a thunder and lightning storm and wildlife come up to the yard to visit. There are a lot of different activities to check out in the area so felt like a good mid point between it all.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Found this cute place close to the Llano River. Decided it was the perfect location to the Llano Crawfish Festival (only 8 minutes away)Slept all 4 of us comfortably and could sleep a lot more. The host quickly responded to any questions I had. Would definitely rent again!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024It was very easy to find, clean and quaint. Easy walk to the river which was very nice. Seen several deer in the area which is always good to watch the wildlife. Will have to book again in the future. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Beautiful location and the house is exactly like the pictures. Kids were able to safely play down near the water on their own, Very quiet and peaceful and easy to pop to attractions nearby.

Stayed May 19, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Llanito River House! The house was great, super cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable, and there were all the amenities we needed. Our favorite place during our stay was the back porch. Sitting out there, having coffee and listening to the birds was just what we needed to recharge! We enjoyed a couple rounds of giant Jenga as well, which was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again!
