Relaxing bayside bungalow close to historic Cape May and Wildwoods

Lovely cottage, very relaxing stay. Property was just as described, excellent communication from host.

There was no written instructions on site, what to do, how to do things, how to operate things. They need a list of instruction on all pieces of equipment, (dishwasher, TV’s, heat controls, etc…)

This was an enjoyable stay for us. We loved walking to the bay in the morning with our coffee! We found it to be so peaceful and quiet. The futon was super comfortable. We forgot to bring sheets even though the property manager told us we needed them, so friendly reminder to not be like us! We wish there was a working lighter and/or matches so we could light our candle and the fire pit. All in all, we’d love to go back!

Property is fantastic, use the Cape May beach passes as the beach near the house isn’t as swimmable, but still nice to go to walk on. And parking at Cape May is cheap on the street so definitely worth saving the money to stay at this place rather than right in Cape May. The host was amazingly responsive as well. Beds were comfy, TVs all had the ability to be smart TVs. They thought of everything!

Beautiful cozy bungalow! We enjoyed our little weekend getaway. It was better then expected in the photos.

Property was walking distance to the bay. Saw spectacular sunsets. Walking distance to three really good restaurants. Bungalow was really clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is really quiet, totally relaxing.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. There were a few unsettling items - electrical exposed and hanging out of the wall - age of mattress/boxspring. Seemed very worn and dated.

We really liked this little home and would happily stay here again. Well kept and clean, it had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk bed!

Our stay was very pleasant, good neighborhood, quiet and convenient to the beach. The house was all it was implied to be, and the host was always available when I had questions.

The house was right down the road from the bay. Great location! Nice neighborhood in the villas.The house was very small, but comfortable and clean. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with.The lockbox was a bit of a struggle to work with. And the oven could use to be cleaned. It was smoking a bit and had an odor when i went to use it one morning. But overall, we had a very nice stay.

Everything went great. The house was clean. The beach (and sunset) is very close.

There are plenty of places in Villas to rent, but this house has a screened in back porch which seats five.

We didn't stay long. We arrived at approximately 11:30pm and left at 8:30am. We are a family of 5 and were visiting another family in a small bungalow and truly just needed a place to sleep - we didn’t use the fridge/kitchen sink/TV/shower.

Very dated and could use an overhaul. Grill rusted and dirty. Tv watching cumbersome. Lack of seating due to small size. Bathtub very clean. Furniture very old. Listed as sleeps 5 but beds are very small. Moldy lawn furniture cushions.Crab migration did not make beach pleasant. Smelly.

What a lovely little house. We were in for a class reunion. It felt like being home. The house was clean and tidy with all of the necessities. There were a few items that could have been updated, but sufficient. The host was pretty good with response time.time. overall a really great tplace.

This Millman house has all the comforts of home, just a 3 minute walk to the bay beach.

We enjoyed our week stay at the bungalow in the Villas. It was a short drive to Cape May and surrounding areas. It was a perfect size for my family of 4(2 children). The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The bay is a short walk at the end of the road. Overall a nice trip!

Property was just what we needed for our stay. Owner had LOTS of rules. I guess if i was a college student those rules would be necessary but felt cumbersome to me a 54 year old woman and my 72 year old mom and made us nervous like we were going to do something wrong. Unfortunately during our time there, there were dead hard shell crabs ALL over the beach and smelled terrible so we couldn't enjoy the beach at all.

We were looking for a spot with bay access and reasonably close to the ocean beaches. This was a perfect spot for us. Our host was responsive and gave us some great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend!

The cottage is located within easy access to the area’s delightful attractions. Renters are made aware that the cozy spacing does not suit a large washing machine for sheets and towels. The appointments are reliable and generally of quality. Exceptions: a) Window a.c. units are noisy. b) Wifi & tv service packages should be upgraded, even if the rental price has to be slightly raised. Our overall impression is positive, and the owner tries to provide a comfortable setting.
