Stayed Jun 1, 2024Location is great. 12 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and Village. Lots of free parking at the beach with multiple access points. House is just a couple of minutes to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. House is cozy. Ideal for families up to 6 people. Kitchen is outdated but fully functional and does have newer appliances. House was clean upon arrival. Only 1 TV which was fine for us but if you like to watch TV in bed at night there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Master shower had fantastic water pressure but the sink did not. Pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Host was very responsive. We had a great time!

Stayed Feb 8, 2024Place was clean, easy to locate and close to venues. Pool was excellent and used the nice pool area couch to get some great, quiet, bird singing naps! Watched the Super Bowl on a large, easy to use TV. WE will be back

Stayed Jun 19, 2023The pool and the pool sitting Area are the house’s biggest strength but there are some minor problems with the kitchen and the washing machine but it still works fine just not the best.also it would be great if a good grill was added to the house.
