Relaxing 3 bedroom modern amongst the classics of the Westend

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. The property worked out for us in the end. The property manager was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any messages I sent. There were problems I didn't expect. There was a broken couch that was actually dangerous. Previous tenants deliberately ruined it, according to the manager. If we had had small children in our group, it would have been a problem, but we didn't. The couch that sleeps 2 in the listing is an L-shaped sofa. I expected a pull out bed, but we made it work. The other issues were small, like the dryer was full of clean, but unfolded towels. The dishwasher was full of clean, but not put away dishes. I expected in paying a cleaning fee that these things would be ready for us. The manager let us park in the back of the property. He sent us the gate code to do that. The place was roomy and overall we had a good stay.

The property owner was very nice and helpful and when contacted didn’t take a long time to reply overall the house was amazing but I highly suggest to keep personal belongings out ov the house if you renting it out when been a better experience if it didn’t look like somebody was living in it

Overall it was nice. The bedrooms needed to be updated. But good spot and good location.

Instructions were to park in the back, but was not given a code for the secured gate. Reached out to owner took a long time about 2 hours before before there was a response. As soon as we opened the door our noses were greeted with the pungent odor of Marijuana! The freezer smelled like Marijuana! The home was not clean as it should have been. There were wet towels and sheets in the washing machine and damp towels in the dryer. No toilet paper in the house except in one bedroom. 2 televisions, but only one worked. We found the remote for one, under the sofa pillows. There were clothes in the closets...the neighborhood was in a historic district, which made it interesting...other than that, just a big disappointment! Wish I could post pictures! I hope the owner will pay to have the house cleaned thoroughly before he rents it out again. He did apologize for the smell.

Host was great, great location.

They left guns out. One of the outlets had exposed wiring in the living room. The place was dirty. We spend our night cleaning. Dirty trash can, and food under the bed There was no tissue or hand soap for the bathroom. the towels and washcloths had stains. The pillows were old and stained. It looks like no dust or sweeping was done inside and outside. We had to go next door to get the gate code to get in. The ironing board and iron were broken. Dirty stove and toaster oven. You could not enjoy the porches because of the trash and spiderwebs. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them...

If you you trying to get away it's well worth it. Just came to Atlanta for my birthday weekend and this place was 6 to 15 minutes away from everything. Will be back

We really enjoyed ourselves at this listing. It was close yo everything we wanted to do. Will definitely book again

Well let’s start with our stay here was good. We enjoyed the house laughing and dancing every night. However, when we arrived the house next door immediately screamed “they’re watching you” then once we finally got in there were old guns laid out for decor but one was fake and the rest were real. With kids in the house that did feel right just laying there for them to touch and mess with. Then you watch movies like the reader and all of these rental house horrors movies and you start to piece things together in your head. At first we felt unsafe so we checked every corner of the house which barely helped but i finally decided to just put the guns in the bedroom so no one will come in while we are sleeping and put the clip in it and murder all of us. I know it sounds crazy but it is a weirdly spacious house and MAYBE ITS THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE TO THE RIGHT that makes things seem this way. Also the door bell camera I like that it records and you can watch the videos of the door on the security monitor but to know that we are not the only ones that can see it is creepy lol. The house was nice. Could have been cleaned a little better as far as the beds, walls and extra sheets go and that little sofa sleeper thing In the master bedroom needs a deep cleaning it looks like too many people made babies on that thing. The antique looking sofa in the kitchen was looking crazy when I looked at it it was so badly broken it ruined the look he was going for in that area. Thank you Lamar!
